The human Race is at war with the Vicious Dalki and when they needed help more than ever, THEY started to come forward. Humans who had hidden in the shadows for hundreds of years, people with abilities. Some chose to share their knowledge to the rest of the world in hopes of winning the war, while others kept their abilities to themselves. Quinn had lost everything to the war, his home, his family and the only thing he had inherited was a crummy old book that he couldn’t even open. But when the book had finally opened, Quinn was granted a system and his whole life was turned around. He completed quest after quest and became more powerful, until one day the system gave him a quest he wasn’t sure he could complete. "It is time to feed!" "You must drink human blood within 24 hours" "Your HP will continue to decrease until the task has been completed" https://discord.gg/kqCxfZF6xH Instagram: JKSManga OTHER WORKS My Werewolf System My Dragon System

Necromancer Of The Shadows

"I should have stayed home and played video games." This was Ray's last thought before darkness engulfed him after he was hit by a car. But surprisingly, instead of finding himself before the gates of hell after dying, Ray found out he was transmigrated into another world. The world Ray was transmigrated to was called Arora World, a place where you can use different kinds of skills, magic, and even acquire powerful classes. Ray found himself in the body of a young boy named Evan, who was studying in a hunter academy after awakening his abilities at the age of fourteen. At first, Ray was happy that he was transmigrated into the body of someone who had awakened his abilities and could use the magic he always wanted to use. However, as Ray went through Evan's memories, he finally realized that everything was not as simple as he had expected. Evan had a unique physique that didn't allow him to increase his power like other people. Because of this useless unique physique, Evan was the weakest hunter in the entire academy. And that was not all; the more Ray looked at Evan's memories, the more he realized just how troublesome his situation was. "I know I entered this body without buying a ticket, but isn't this too much?" Ray said in a depressed voice after going through Evan's memories. Will Ray be able to survive in this new world? Is the physique of his new body really useless? Join Ray on his adventure to find out.

In my opinion, this novel isn’t #1 rank material, but the author is a genius for bribing ppl with extra chapters for power stones. Writing quality is not the worse but still pretty bad, lots of misspelling and wrong words used. Once example, ‘integration’ is frequently used instead of ‘interrogation’. Although this happens quite a lot, the real problem is the way the story is written. The writing style is too shallow, it doesn’t give you the sense that you are immersed in the story world. There are not enough details to describe the character and environment. Up to now I still can’t picture what the characters and the school look like. One reviewer compared this with Lord of the Mysteries, which is just absurd. The writing style of LoM makes you feel like you are inside the MC’s head, immersed in his thoughts, emotions, and actions. This novel feels like you’re reading a summary of the MC’s daily activities, it is detached and doesn’t bring you up close and personal. Story development is progressing nicely so far. Contains your typical tropes and plot armor, but it’s not as absurdly done as other webnovels. Not much else to say since the novel is just beginning. Character design: It’s too early to tell but so far just 2 characters have hints of hidden depth, which could lead somewhere interesting. For now, the characters seem very shallow. The characters need to be fleshed out more, especially regarding their physical descriptions. Vague descriptions like ‘short brown hair and tall figure’ and ‘long blonde hair and perfect proportions’ doesn’t cut it. World background has great potential. Not much is revealed yet, but there are portals to other worlds and different species and factions, which leaves much to be discovered. Overall, I like the novel. There are only 108 chapters released so far, so there is room for improvement. I look forward to seeing how this novel progresses, it definitely has great potential.

Fairly mediocre read. Nothing that's offensively bad, though also nothing special, creative or particularly good. The writing quality is "so-so". For starters, there is plenty of simple spelling mistakes. I personally don't really mind, though still somewhat annoying. What's more annoying, is the occasional grammatical error. Also nothing too bad or too frequent. It's still there though. The thing that annoys me most about the writing quality, is the really simply and at times clumsily written sentences. A lot of simple word usage and simple sentences and the prose at times doesn't really flow too well. Update stability is fine. Story is fairly generic though interesting enough to keep most people reading. Characters in this novel are one of it's other downfalls. They are all fairly two-dimensional. There just isn't much too them. What you see is what you get. There is also plenty of weird logic leaps all over the place, which make the characters feels more like NPCs, than like actual characters. Big 'meh' for me. If this was done well, this novel would have been so much better. The world is okay. Some thing are pretty interesting, while others are straight ripped out of any generic anime. The world is also pretty childishly put together. The reasoning and motivations for the way things are the way they are, only make sense if you don't really think about them. Could overall be a decent read if you haven't read many novels like this and aren't bothered too much by the occasional writing issues and the childish portrayal of the world and characters. If you're looking for real quality and/or creative, look elsewhere.

Overview TL;DR : A mediocre story with bad characterization You know how you're reading a story and you like the elements in it like intrigue, super powers, progression, unique world, etc.... But there's something that's just off... about the story? You, like I were probably missing proper character design and development. And none suffer more than the Main Character himself Quinn. After reading 276 chapters, all I can say about his personality is has a "strong spirit" and that's only because the author specifically said so. What's even more interesting is while being a orphan and bullied for probably his entire life, he has no social defects. Any other author who written a orphan character would build them up to have specific attributes like: incredibly isolated, irritable, vengeful, resourceful, or cunning due to circumstances. MC himself has circumstances that could characterize him (elaborating would enter spoiler territory for the first chapters) but the author doesn't uses it to define him. Even other characters have more defined characterization than him. One of them acts in a flippant manner, another has a passion for a certain subject. Man, even a character I hated has his own interests. As for MC, you couldn't even tell me if he likes anything specifically. Really it's all about characters. The author is bad at characterization, like describing the way he uniquely acts or behaves, or adding character defining moments that demonstrates the type of person they are. This is what ruins a novel, making the readers not care about the characters. A better reviewer might focus on the other problems of the novel (e.g. bad antagonists) but what I wanted to focus on was this as it's something that if not improved, the author will only produce half-baked stories.
