I absolutely love this story. Quite shocked it's not higher on the voting scale. But the members of the men of culture group reign supreme along with some other nonsense stories that I can't get into. But back to the story. From the start the story behind very slightly cliche and then goes off into this massively different tale from what I was expecting. I didn't even realize I had been reading for so long as I was quickly immersed in the story losing out on some much needed sleep. But that's just how good and unique it is. The characters actually have depth to them. The mc isn't stupidly op from the start. He uses his brains a lot to get through situations. Which is a plus in my book because I love it when the mc has a brain and uses it. And the skills are not generic they actually have real thought put into them.If this was really a game I would love to play it. And for once I don't mind the actual real world interactions after a couple chapters of gameplay. That's about as much as I can say without spoilers. But the release rate is very steady. There is a lot of world building in the background without being monotonous. And because of everything listed so far I have left one of my very few reviews. ☺️
This story is really good. It follows the journey of our titular warlock as he climbs his way up the pyramid scheme that is the warlock's primary means of gaining abilities and finding romance along the way. Luckily, said pyramid scheme delivers on its promises, so those of you out there who are like me and hesitant to read anything with evil main characters you don't have to worry. Our MC is a bit more morally gray but in the chaotic good kind of way. The romance is well written and the FMC is a great character who doesn't suffer the problem of not having any agency that so many other books of this genre suffer from. Anyway, it's really good and you should go read it. What are you still doing here? Go read the book already.
hmmm.... usually I don't do reviews coz the books I read are work in progress but this time author mr. DoF convinced me otherwise..... Plotline is Awesome, there are no plot holes till latest chappu i.e. 100, protagonist for once uses his actual head rather than the lower one, action is good, romance is good, comedy is good, static and dynamic description are great, side characters exist, young master r very rare, power of protagonist makes sense unlike few other games where it's all by being first one to do so, power progression is scaled logically so overall this is a great and enjoyable read...hope my review helps both the readers and the author...... . . . . if u find this review boring then why have u read it to end?
Its a meh fanfic. Nothing really different from other MMO fics out there. Only thing I find disappointing is the MC suddenly trusts Silent Night right after he was betrayed. Then she takes up as much screen time as our MC where I gave up continuing the fic. Freaking romantic interests killed the story for me.
It's an intresting story that does NOT make the usual misstake of making the MC op, insted he's more of an broker that helps other grow stronger both by misstake and not. It has some common traits with other novels of the same genre but it goes above and beyond to be uniqe and orginal(in a good way). READ IT SND YOU WILL BE HOOKED
the only bad thing about this webnovel is the author stopped writing it. from the plot, to the characters, it is well rounded and well written. the background on the fantasy world is deep, without forcing information onto you. the MC's growth and personality evolves slowly and at a reasonable pace, and the supporting characters are both well planned and unique.
I had this very thought out and amazing review.... and then I accidentally deleted it. Sigh* Well the key points were that this novel surprised me with how good it is and how it doesn’t do the things that annoy me in other novels like unrealistic face slapping and harems. And finally it was that I am excited and wish to see this novel continue further in the future. And doggy gif here because I think it’s cute.✌️
A decent read, however, the background is way too lacklustre. A lot of locations/organizations/mundane things are never really explained. The first 20~ish chapters are also very bland which makes it hard to want to continue reading. There are also some minor grammar/spelling mistakes. Not a masterpiece but better than 60% of other novels of a similar genre.
From chapter 1 to like 100 this is a really amazing story but after that it goes down hill professional players who play for money make newbie mistakes mc and those near him repeat their same mistake that they made in say early chapters overall its a meh story it just feels like the author gave up at some point and decided to make characters lose brain cells for convenience sake and plot it’s annoying and i mean to the point of i feel frustrated irl
Around chapter 20 and after, Author leaves out a lot of information. The story becomes really confusing. For example, the main character, became a totally different person from chapter 19 to 20(not sure what chapter it was). I feel you did this to rush the story. As you made him into a super motivated individual that is now doing his best from a normal individual. You abandoned all the character development you had on him in the previous chapters. This story is a good one, probably going to continue read. However I probably will taking my leave soon if characters development is abandoned again.
Extremely dissappointed by the flow of the story, feels like whatever comes goes and there is no real goals laid out feels like the MC is living every day as it is. there is also no proper planning or thoughts being down I stopped at chapter 49 where he traded mana Crystals for half price for a good relation like the city lord even knew he had mana crystals Which forced him to trade But he didnt know! such a piss off how the story progresses the more I read.
