Author I have to say we had a good run, it was great novel but now it's gone down hill because you've fallen into the trap that is webnovel. I'd say 50 to 75% of your audience will be lost as no one but rich or seriously insane fans can afford to pay for chapters. It's simply not worth it.

RinoZ (author of Chrysalis) has a patreon instead of locked chapters. I don't know how much money having locked chapters gets you but his patreon is very successful (4.5k$) it's sad that there isn't a better alternative to webnovel where authors can get paid.

Patreon is very popular on RR and novels can make serious money and when they finish them you can double down with Amazon

If you have one story yes it kinda works and it's still a corrupt system. The authors are essentially being F'ed in the rear
