So you are saying that the Mc , a 7 year old kid who lived only 2 year in ninja world , could fool Monkey god of shinobi (faking fear and portraying himself as a naive kid ).... I dont know about others but this 'acting like kid' thing is really putting me off ....

Yeah right? And for some reason a control freak like Hiruzen, decided to just give in to MC's whims. Danzo apparently did not know MC's performance after the others top students graduated early. For someone who monitors all potential ninja in the village for his root, he could not see MC topping off the class later on?? This leads to MC being safe from Danzo? and then since he graduated and becomes older, Danzo just gave up because he would not be able to make him loyal???? Huh hello since when? My dude have weird tongue seal he can force on you???? I get you don't want to join root, but it could have been a better scenario that makes Danzo uninterested in MC

If you watched Naruto ( or read the novel a bit further) you'll know Hiruzens' personality is big on The Will of Fire and to promote the Will of Fire he stated he'll reward the winners of the exams to motivate them to work harder before and even after the exams finish. Hiruzen thinking the kids would be naive didn't put a limit to his rewards and as we know the mc wasn't raised in the ninja world so he wasn't brainwashed with The Will of Fire mentality and was a former adult in his previous world, so he took advantage of this fact to ask for big rewards. MC acting like a kid wasn't for Hiruzen but for the other kids watching , the teachers watching and also other guests watching so Hiruzen couldn't refuse to reward him in front of everyone because that'd make all his talk about The Will of Fire look bad especially to the other kids who were still mentally young and the adults who believe in the Will of Fire ( tho we know it's bs but they all follow it like how Samurais' follow Samurai customs). So Hiruzen wasn't stupid he was just taken advantage off even tho he tried to downgrade the reward he could offer thinking the mc didn't know what he was talking about.

Danzo tried to recruit him earlier but Hiruzen refused so Danzo backed off since he didn't think MC would reach. the same level as Kakashi or Itachi. Danzo was already planning to make a move on the Uchiha at this point so he didn't have time to worry about MC. MC also joined Anbu not long after being a Chunin so Danzo still couldn't make a move against him especially after losing most of root after Uchiha massacre.

Are you saying that there's no good Fanfic at all? Come on, the olden era of Fanfic is far better than now because of some folks who haven't read a good ff bloated a 6 (at best) by giving it a perfect score of 10. How in the world will that help the author to improve? Some tried to give it some critic (it's different than bashing) so the author will improve their craft but the folks I just said before, make the one who cares by giving their critic's to look like a buffon. Reading ff has and always been a gamble it's either a meh or a jackpot. After all the ff community come to be because they want something different to the story they love by making a character that suppose to be dead a salvation of sort and etcetera.

Unless Hiruzen knows about the reincarnation of the mc in some way 'acting like a child' works for him, even if Hiruzen sees that Fujin is more mature and clever than children his age, in the end he is still a child, thinks friend.

They are people who do not see the plot of the novel in depth, you can think things by connecting things, the author avoids dumping information. If you want a novel where they explain everything because you can't intuit it, this isn't it. Of course, if you like the author having to explain everything to you, go read generic Chinese novels full of filler to reach 1.5k words.

I read till chapter 127ish and in my opinion this is the best fanfic of naruto I've read so far. The MC has no cheats, but trains like there's no tomorrow and is cautious, which I think is another good point of this novel. It worth noting that he is an anti-hero type. He is no psychopath/sociopath/evil and he is also no saint/hero/happy-go-lucky type person(which in my opinion is very good, as I'm sick tired of reading about those.) This novel is for those that like or at least can manage training arcs. There is a lot of it, especially in the beginning when he is in the academy. Make no mistake though, the novel NEVER got boring! The training arcs were actually my favorite arcs so far. In fact, for me, the fact that the MC depends on himself for power-ups(at least as far as I have read) instead of seeking external sources of strenght(like a zero-tails, for example), or random lucky encounters, is something I enjoy very much. There is no sudden power-ups, or cheats. There is a little bit of comedy, especially in the interactions with Hiruzen, but just a little. This novel also explore the possibilities of wind style ninjutsus, beyond what the likes of temari, or even danzo, could ever hope to show in canon. Most importantly, at least as far as I could tell, there was no logical jumps anywhere. It's all very neat and creative, without making the reader feel alienated or flabbergasted in anyway. (Just the fact that there is no system granting him haki, or random space-type powers or whatever powers that do not fit at all in the universe is already fantastic to be honest...it's also why I started disliking fanfics with systems.) Oh and the pace so far is very good as well, at least for people like me that enjoy long stories with lots of adventures/training... though the adventure part happens later in the novel. Still, its awesome. It's a bit like a slice of life type novel, but faster and with a few time skips. I certainly enjoyed the pace very much. Btw, about stability of updates, I have no clue. I'm the type of reader that waits for hundreds of chapters to be released before I start reading a story. So yea. OH, and there was no romance in the novel so far. In summary, hopefully this novel will be 1k chapters long!

This fanfiction is a refreshing gem in the sea of isekai stories. The protagonist's journey into the Naruto world is a breath of fresh air as he navigates without the crutch of overpowered abilities. The author's commitment to realism shines through the protagonist's hard work and meticulous approach, adding a layer of believability often absent in similar tales. What truly sets this fanfic apart is the meticulous attention given to the Naruto world. Unlike other fics where the universe is a mere backdrop, here, every nuance is explored. The story doesn't revolve solely around the protagonist; it weaves seamlessly into the existing narrative, showcasing a deep respect for the source material. The absence of overpowered tropes is a welcome surprise. The protagonist's struggles and triumphs feel earned, creating a more engaging and relatable narrative. The injection of humor further elevates the story, offering moments of levity amid the challenges. Moreover, the author's incorporation of psychology, ranks, and politics adds layers of complexity, transforming the narrative into a well-rounded exploration of the Naruto world. This fanfic doesn't just retell a tale; it enriches and expands upon the established lore. In essence, this fanfiction stands out as a masterpiece, blending a well-crafted protagonist, a respectful treatment of the source material, and a narrative that seamlessly integrates humor, psychology, and political intrigue. It's a captivating journey that sets a high bar for fanfiction in the Naruto universe. I hope you read this masterpiece ;)

At Chapter 23 This is a very good Naruto fanfiction. The writing quality is very good. The sentences are well structured and easy to understand and the grammar is also very good. The chapters are also quite long which is even better. The story is developing very well and is focused on the MC. There is almost no inconsistency in the story so far and the MC is developing at a very reasonable pace for someone having future knowledge of the Naruto world. So far there have been very few characters which have been focused upon other than the MC, with them being his Academy Sensei and the Third Hokage. This aspect is very good as I don't want to read more about characters other than the MC, other than their interaction with the MC and their perception of the MC and his actions. And while the story may feel somewhat slow to others, I enjoy reading about how the MC trains and plans for the future. This will lay a very good groundwork for future development of the story. The MC has a calm and rational personality and thoroughly plans his course of action, such as he follows a very well hashed out training plan. He is not OP from the start and does not have any cheats like a system or wishes from GOD or ROB, which makes this fic even better. There has been a lack of good naruto fanfictions such as this one which does not have any cheats and where the MC is also calm and rational without being an anti-hero or an outright villain. The MC is also not arrogant even though he has been at the top of his class for 2 years and though he is cautious to not gain any unwanted attention from Danzo, he doesn't portray himself as weak. So overall I am very satisfied with this fanfic and looking forward to new chapters. I also hope that the author completes this fanfic. Kudos to the author.
