i force myself to read it till chapter 27 and yea it is bland. like op said, there's almost no trace of adult-ness. it is just harry with baldur spells

sigh, i thought i would at least be able to ignore some bits but the jarring knowledge the author had and apparently cn is the best of all in existence is too much of a letdown. i really don't get how ppl could think that they're a superior race when one disease could kill them all the same.

There's so many flaws within one chapter. I reckon the author doesn't really know the background story of the Naruto which is a simple search away.

oh, iirc i'm talking about yuhao or something from duodaluo (?) I can't quite recalled the name of the novels but even in china there's a lot of ppl who roast the main character because of the "I'm a good guy and the other one is the evilest existence that ever exists." why? because the said evil person tried to fight back from getting the thing he owned stolen by the main character. basically, the author keeps on emphasizing that the MC is the good guy even tho he clearly not in every paragraph possible (this is exaggerating but you got my point) so it becomes quite comical for the reader aka a joke for how hypocritical it was. but take this as a grain of salts as I didn't finish the DD 1 series and I only read DD 2 for a bit because of curiosity, wondering if the author would wrote the same archetype mc. i also read the story years ago so my memories could be faulty.
