The Lands and Whites

Mr. Santana Lands a rich, narcissistic famous business tycoon who deals in drug dealings, women trafficking as well as the brothel business with the most dangerously beautiful prostitutes as his name speaks for his character as a man of all seasons that has come to learn the ways of all the female and male species .

Driver: Mr. Santana, I am so sorry to tell you this but we are not going to be able to reach Holdings Group of Companies on time for your planned meeting.

Mr. Santana: Shut up! How dare you speak to me in that way? Do you know how much I will lose by not showing up? I can kill you right now for your insolence John.( Driver).

John: My sincere apologies Sir, but I meant to say there is traffic jam ahead so we might not make it on time.

Mr. Santana: The audacity of you fool to continue questioning me is making me want to strangle you, rather than making noise for me get a SOLUTION do you hear me?

John: Ok, Sir. Dialing Sebastian.Sebastian is Santana's personal assistant and secretary.

John: Hello Seb,

Sebastian: I hear you! Name your problem John,

John: I am requesting you to communicate to tell the pilot to come pick us up along joint street as we shall not be able to make it on time for the meeting.

Santana' s phone starts ringing grrrrrrrrrr

Santana: Hello Krane!

Krane is the personal assistant of Holdings CEO most respectful, intelligent, outstandingly handsome man and most loved role model in country C who is none other than Mr. Macdonald White a man with the purest aura as one can say like his name.

Krane: Good morning Mr. Lands, hope your night was spent well.

Santana: What do you think?

Santana: I know the reason as to why you are calling me is to annoy me so let me get straight to the point am almost at Holdings Group Of Companies.

Krane:My boss says he can not tolerate working with people with no values and etiquette so he might cancel the meeting we are to hold so we schedule another one which he is not sure when he will be free as well as the shareholders to listen to your proposal.

Santana: Five minutes!

Krane : Excuse me!

Santana: I said give me five minutes to be there.

Krane: Oh! Sure then

The sound of the chopper is heard at Joint Street and just on the round about of joint Street since it's spacious the chopper is parked and Mr.Santana sees himself in with murmurs of people along side stares of amusement but this isn't new to a man like him because the police, the bandits the biggest criminals are all under him on contrary he makes himself be above the law and he always has his way no one tells him what to and not to do he even says " IDO NOT FEAR THE PRESIDENT BUT RATHER THE PRESIDENT FEARS ME THOUGH HE IS THE HEAD OF STATE BECAUSE I CHOOSE TO MAKE OR BREAK THE LAWS."

In a glimpse of an eye, Mr.Lands was in front of Holdings Group of Companies with all of his rather intimidating bodyguards who are rather gigantic, bearded and bald headed dressed in black .On arrival ,he is welcomed by Sebastian his personal assistant who was all looking stressed and sweating as well.

Dialogue

Sebastian: You are most welcome Sir!

Santana: Yes I see that but what is so good about today?

Sebastian: Kindly follow me to the conference room where everyone is waiting.

Santana: Don't keep re echoing your failures to me !

Sebastian Huh!

Santana: Keep moving.

Sebastian : Talks to himself saying is it me who made him come late or is it himself. I don't understand this mafia world I guess.

Santana: Did you say something?

Sebastian: No, I was just trying to remember

the floor to which I was told.

Santana: Whatever!

Sebastian: Let's all get in the elevator and get to conference room. This information is for Santana and his bodyguards.

They all enter the elevator and Sebastian presses the 3 Rd floor to room B29 where the meeting is going to be held.

On arrival, Mr.Lands apologizes for his disrespectful gesture of coming late and he sits amidst all the other shareholders as well as CEO of Holdings Group of Companies.

The meeting that is being held is a possible merge between Holdings Group of Companies as well as Lands Group of Companies but Holdings Group of Companies with the upper benefit just Incase of the merge because it's CEO Santana Lands is the richest man in the whole of country C.

Mr.White: I am pleased to welcome all of you that have honored my invite to this merge that is to happen anytime soon but before I go any further,I would like to address some issues in this place that I as an individual can not tolerate because it does not suit my standards, for example Mr. Lands you were so late and top of that had to disrupt our meeting with your minions as well.

Santana: Hold up White ! HOW DARE YOU QUESTION ME? Is it in your nature to be disrespectful of someone superior.

WHITE: Before you waste anymore of my time and my fellows can you please respect our company's code of conduct which is PRIVACY because I don't like the feeling of discussing my company margins as well as secrets in the presence of your bodyguards.

MR. LANDS: What do my bodyguards have to do with your secrets, much as I want to respect you, respect what is mine and by that I mean I DO NOT FEEL SAFE IN FRONT OF OTHER PEOPLE because I do not know their intentions towards me.

MR . WHITE: Should I say that your guilt is catching up with you that you can not identify where to and where not to use these antics of yours?

First shareholder: Excuse me gentlemen if you are done with your banter can we please proceed with what has brought us here because as far as I know Mr White , you might not start unless you are sure that your point is driven home and basing on my research about you, Mr. Lands, your opposite to doing good will not allow you to understand the point of Mr. white so can we just settle this since one is the opposite of the other which is a fact.

MR. LANDS: I didn't know that I was coming to be involved in a dispute resolution here .

MR. WHITE: You mean the dispute caused by you?

KRANE: Mr. White , I am requesting you to calm down please as the meeting will not be able to start.

SEBASTIAN: Mr.Lands, please calm down so we can start this meeting and come to an amicable solution.

MR. WHITE: This can only happen if the bodyguards are out because we are all to benefit.

MR. LANDS : Team, ( bodyguards) step out for a few minutes so we can get over with the meeting.

MR.WHITE: Let us continue then, sorry for causing time wastage, so about this meeting, I declare that once Holdings Group of Companies merged with Land Group of Companies, there is going to be an increase in profits plus 110 % of which we are going to notice an increase in sales.So therefore i declare that it will be a split of 50- 50 for

profits for each of the companies.

Any points to differ can be raised before end of the meeting.

Shareholder 2: Incase of an unsuccessful event, does this mean we are to incur very big losses since we are going to risk putting in all our capital and dividends to just give a shot to this abnormal profit.

MR.WHITE: As a man of outstanding character, I do guarantee that Incase of losses compensation shall be made to all of you shareholders and losses strictly incurred by LANDS and I.

MR LANDS: You see this is the problem of dealing with cowards and moreso the learned ones, so I want to understand that since you do not want to lose completely does that mean that on all your profits for each shareholder there is a percentage for the lands and Whites as a benefit since they are putting in extra effort.

MR.WHITE: Mind your language Lands , this is not your home and please answer questions respectfully.

MR. LANDS: I do not understand why you baby these mature people that they end up exploiting you, don't you see that, I barely can stand their character yet it seems like you can barely stand my honesty.

Mark you, I am not that interested in this so called alliance with you it is just that all the shareholders were pushing for it since your company is the largest real estate company and with a merge with Holdings we could sell to a variety of people who are interested in buying roofing of all type.

Mr.Lands exits the conference room in a rage and summons his driver John to come take him to Club Olsen.

In the conference room, a dead silence envelopes it as what has happened is not what had been planned , so Shareholder one tells Mr.White that today has been a rather unfulfilling day on top of being stressful because of Mr.Lands. So in this case a question is paused to Mr.White , so what is next?

WHITE: What do you mean by what is next Share holder one? Didn't you see that Lands is out of line in every way.

SHAREHOLDER 1 : It's easy for you to say white but I want you to understand that for us we only look at where to benefit and we care less about his manners but the funding.

SHAREHOLDER2: Call us whichever you feel like but if you do not get us this merge we shall withdraw from Holdings and go where there is money.

WHITE: Are u that filthy that you overlook Lands character towards society and crimes as an individual?

SHAREHOLDER 3 : Well at least he is richer than every one even the president can not find the evidence against his crimes, to top it all up not even you.

WHITE : Are u trying to make my image run down the drain with his existence in my life.

SHAREHOLDER.1 : Look White, your standards, values will not change rather they will uplift the business can you imagine the purest working with the filthiest person.Wow, we set a record of first difference in character and a booming business with brilliant men and ideas, think about it there is diversity how about we test waters .

SHAREHOLDER3 : What! No I can know where he is because I have my brother working for him and that is John his driver

WHITE: Oh! that explains it.

SHAREHOLDER 3 : He is at Club Olsen.

WHITE: That suits him really I mean.So I want to thank you for the assistance rendered , let me sort the issue at hand.

AT CLUB OLSEN

On arrival with all Lands convoy, he is greeted by the manager and he is escorted to the VIP section where he is scheduled to have a drug deal with the Mafia lord of the West Chainsaw Flyer.

MR.FLYER: You are quite early Santana!

LANDS: Oh coming from the most unwanted and sought for person in the whole country rightly hidden in my embrace.

MR. FLYER: I am in a hurry and lucky for you I am handling a project with millions of cash.

LANDS: The irony your speech comes with , hahahha project! killings aren't projects friend but deals , don't try to be like me who is neutral.

MR.FLYER: Name your price for all available products and I am ordering a tonne for each product of Cocaine and Marijuana.

LANDS : Are you serious right now ? Where am I to get all this and besides how to deal with the transportation man?

MR FLYER: I will use the police cars to get it to their destination, do you forget am chainsaw?

LANDS: Oh! how can I forget that am dealing with the most notorious criminal.Okay consider it a deal, tomorrow eight sharp in the morning your order will be ready remember, cash first then the rest follow.

Mr. White arrives at Olsen Club and he is welcomed by girls with multitudes of makeup, skimpy clothes, some stripping as well as pole dancing such a disgusting sight to watch but what to do , even though his pride is hurt and his name might probably be tainted , there is a deal he is here to score with Lands so there is no choice he can make on his own.

In the VIP room , Sebastian murmurs to Lands and informs him of White's arrival to the club but what escapes Land's mouth is a loud laugh hahhahaha, you mean the cleanest and most pure man is at my club he says , what an irony of life.He then tells Sebastian to let White come in as Chain saw sees his way out from the hidden back door of the VIP room that leads to an underground tunnel .

The door to the VIP room is opened again.

LANDS: Look who is here

WHITE: Yes, look properly it's me .

LANDS: I see that, yes by the way what brings you here in my humble abode.

WHITE : Don't even get me started Lands but am here for the deal and strictly that .

LANDS : Oh! I see,only money can get even the purest dirty don't you think so White?

WHITE: Say whatever you want but I have come to request you to be part of our merge.

LANDS: Let me see , mmmm ok since I benefit I shall be apart of it because I know it's the only way you can show me that you have apologised. But I will only be apart of this deal if my conditions are met!

WHITE: I shall also only agree if these conditions are reachable and don't go against my values.

LANDS: One is that I shall own 60 % shares which means the highest profits come to me so do the losses for as far as I care though I am 100% sure I am going to benefit more.

Two is that you are solely responsible to answering to me and every detail reached upon in the business should have me involved.

Three ,in the future, our first children of different gender shall get married to each other as a way of keeping the fortune between the Lands and Whites and nothing more not less, if you can not abide to any of my conditions, you know the exit kindly help yourself.

WHITE: I did not know you also knew some kind words but obviously they can only be used when we are being shown the exit, so going back to these conditions, one and two I can comply but what is this method of involving even family in this mess all about . And yes, what if the children never get along or rather do not suit themselves.Is there a way to terminate the contract when there is mishap, ? WHITE: What if I never give birth to a child , what happens?

Once the deal was made , the companies Holding Group of Companies and Land Group of Companies merged and they have been the leading company in country C and from that day forth to date 21 years later it is still running and the name of the company has changed to HL Group of Companies and to top it all up ,Mr.Lands gave birth to a bouncing baby girl called Diana Lands a very beautiful yet ruthless daughter who is a lady as well as Mr. White gave birth to a bouncing baby boy who has grown into a full grown respectful and humble young man called Alfred White.
