The transparent soul of the dead has entered the body of the recently dead young boy of ten years. The name of the boy was Thomas Allens. He is the heir to the Allen's Family Fortune.
Allen's family is one of the top industry in the field of Arms Production. Although one of top in the Arms Production field, in the United State of America as a whole, it doesn't amount to much.
Although Thomas has security with him, they cannot protect him under the situation he fell into.
Thomas became a victim to the gun fight between two gangs of New York City. He was hit in the chest with a 9 mm bullet. The bullet has missed his heart but it still cannot save his life.
It is in the 1990s when he reincarnated. The technology isn't advanced enough to save him from this injury.
Although they managed to remove the bullet, he still died. The moment the true Thomas stopped breathing, the soul in the void seem to merge with him.
The will to not die again, managed to pull Thomas out of his near death state and his situation stablished.
Although he was safe now, the soul which joined seem to merge with the dead soul of Thomas and get all his memories.
Their merger seem to take time, same amount of time to heal his wound completely.
From the memory, he got his name. His father was Terrance Allens. He is the chairman of Allen's Corporation which majors in Arms Production while the others are film distributor, and Mall chain.
His mother was Daphne Allens, a top Doctor in the field of Neurology. She is among the top 10 neurologist in the whole world.
Similar memories of past Allens merge with the new soul and his intelligence and calculation efficiency increased sharply too.
While, he was merging peacefully, the outside wasn't as peaceful as the hospital room Thomas( he will be called Thomas) rested.
When the word of injury came to Daphne and Terrence they left everything and rushed to New York Hospital to see their son and how he was .

When Thomas has survived ( new soul merged with old soul and passed the dangerous state), Terrence and his wife Daphne were relieved when they found their son was out of danger.
Daphne was a a blonde haired beautiful woman with an attractive body physique. She has shoulder length silky hair, with blue eyes, which her son has inherited.
Meanwhile, Terrence was a black haired sharp nose man with grey eyes. He has a muscular build and wore a light purple full sleeved shirt over a white coat and white pants.
The shirt was big enough to leave parts of sleeve out of the white coat.
When their son was out of danger, Daphne leaned against her husband and said softly, " Don't let them get away with this. I want the ones who caused this to him to suffer."
Terrance pulled her in a hug and let her head rest on his chest and said with a hint of edge, " I will make them pay. They will know the consequences of messing with the Allens.
Look after him will you." He told her who nods about looking after their son.
With that Terrence left without much haste and any exaggerated strides but his eyes grew colder with every step he took.

After he merged with the memory of the past, he understood that his family has connection with the underworld. Although they don't extort or snuggle drugs, they did run many underground casino and are one of the hidden loan sharks.
It seems I will have to get involved in the underworld too along with the bright side.
But, it isn't this thing which worries him. The thing which worries him was some of the names he remembered from the past.

These meant that he is in the world of DC Comics. Although the world hasn't officially entered the path of super heroes and super villians jumping from every corner of the world.
There are still some heroes of the past which did act as the symbol of Justice for people. But, most have retired and hidden in the plain sight.
From his memories, There is still a few years time before the time of heroes once again comes, for it is only a year since Bruce Wayne disappeared from public site.
There may still be a decade time for him to get prepared for that.
Although a decade is a very long time, but with the supervillains which are to come and put Earth into danger and threat of complete annihilation, it still isn't long enough.
There is the Kryptonian coming to colonise Earth, Darkseid , Steffen wolf, Galactus, paradox and other villians capable to annihilating the world.
His thinking capacity and intelligence have increased sharply after the merger but it isn't enough for him to survive this world.
