I’m Trunks

This ff is honestly great. There are little to no grammar mistakes. I keep wanting to read more. This is very enjoyable to read. I really like the hardworking mindset of the mc.

Total: 4* Writing Quality: 3* Lots of word vomit going on which makes the story feel very cluttered and congested, becomes kind of a slog to read through. The dialogue feels very unnatural and robotic. I've noticed a fair few immersion-breaking and annoying typo's which makes me question why the author would ask others if English were their first language. Stability of Updates: 5* No reason to complain there, pumps out chapters a little more than once a day, though I guess there's an argument to be made that if they sacrificed update times in order to take some time to edit the quality of the writing would be much better. Story Development: 4* A little slow paced but what can you expect from the beginning. Character Design: 3* MC is VERY talkative, he speaks "like a protagonist" and by that, I mean it sounds like he has chuunibyou, basically he's a little on the cringe side but it's whatever. Characters from the canon story feel very one dimensional and just look like fuel for the MC's backstory rather than their own existence. World Background: 5* Author excels here, they do a fantastic job at accustoming you to the story right out of the gate via the MC's inner monologue. S/he also does a good job at putting you in the MC's shoes, the characters will reminisce about a past without the MC and this makes it feel like the world moves on its own. It's really hard to properly world build and the author does a bang-up job.

Tbh not thay good. I hate the conversation like how he keeps spouting about random stuff and real gohan won't ask so many useless question like how did u think of that? Bla bla

Was good till he made the main character a idiot who gets super saiyan for 8 years but stops nothing bad from happening and keeps pushing a horrible plot hole filled story

This here is one of those top class fics that get little exposure because of idi*ts giving bad reviews... My advice is, forget the reviews and read this fic, you won't regret it. At least up to the latest chapter when writing this review... There are such good fics with with bad reception because of bad reviews from edgy teenagers...

Writing Quality (5 Stars): I didn't notice any grammatical errors while i was reading this Fanfic. Stability Of Updates (5 Stars): I'm not sure about this one because the author release all the current chapters in one go. But, even if from now on he started releasing chapters only one time a week it would still be ok, because they are pretty lengthy. Story Development (5 Stars): There isn't much to say about this one, because while the chapters a long, there are only a few of them. For now, i can only say that i like the way the author is developing his story. Character Design (5 Stars): The interaction between the mc and the other characters are pretty good, not the best of the best but still a lot better than most fanfics. Now talking about the mc. In the beginning i didn't like him (first two chapters), he was too robotic. I'm glad the author changed that quickly. giving him a personality. World Background (5 Stars): Dragon Ball... i don't think i need to say more. For now this is my favorite future Trunks fanfic.

Insanely good fanfic. The characters feel a bit odd at first, but that’s because the author made them more war torn due to their dark timeline. Character Development is top notch, like actually something a professional would plan and write. The world building is good as well, with the environment being relatively fleshed out and descriptive. Can’t say much about the story development, as I’m waiting for more chapters, but this fic has limitless potential. Regardless, Author, if you are reading this, I have one piece of advice. WRITE WHAT YOU WANT!!! I know this sounds a bit silly, but there may be some people who don’t like where you are taking the story. I urge you not to listen to them. This is your story, not theirs. 11/10 fic so far!👍👍👍

Its a good story, I appreciate the introspective mindset of trunks in the beginning. im only a few chapters in but I think the top reviews don't do the story justice at all. I think the author is a bit set in his ways and doesn't acknowledge options to eventually set his world right again but honestly that can be overlooked, this is his creation and what he says goes. I love swords and anime so I won't hate on that ever and I won't deduct from the review for the author being a d**k. everyone gots their issues, and maybe hes dealing with his own problems IRL, home problems, who knows. I've been hella toxic on here too so I won't judge a brotha for who he is on this app. well he did hate on someone for their broken English while the grammar in this story definitely has its own problems but not enough to hinder your enjoyment. overall id say give this story a chance and ignore the top reviews even if he responds to this review with more of his childish quips. lol

So it's good, every chapter has depth I think idk not professional but possibly dropped for his new novel? Lol

5/5 would recommend. Frequent updates. Interesting story so far. Good grammar. Character development will be more visibly shows as chapters go by.
