The story has an interesting beginning but it seems familiar, is it a translation?

It seems like a good story with a plot about creating video games and having some romance, but the whole Chinese approach seems like it's an MTL but the author doesn't clarify it, otherwise you can give it a chance.

An interesting story, the only bad thing is some disturbing moments, the MC is not very intelligent either.
