Makes chaos for the sake of chaos*

MC makes for the sake of chaos. I was hoping it'd be used to push the plot along, but the MC is who he is, so dont expect character growth in the future. He mostly uses chaos to show he's better than someone else. but it gets a bit boring when he just locks agents for multiple chapters. Overall, it's decent and can be entertaining, but it lacks substance and a bit of logic. and his greatest power is the power of convenience, conveniently overcoming all and always being right.

Decent story, but the MC just trashes heroes for 6 chapters in the beginning. it gets better but leads to an almost apocalyptic level event. all his planning and superior talk, nothing but air. im not really sure what to think of the story overall right now. if he still acts like he's some superior badass genius it'll just sound funny now. I'll revise this if it gets better.
