Instant Death [DxD]

Author here, I don't have any experience in writing and this is a Wish Fulfillment fic so don't expect anything grand. Enjoy it though.

let's be honest we just came here due to the title instant death and its literally what it is, Mc Is very op but that's what we came for. A OP mc that can give instant death as the titles specify which is true so if u came for something else then idk what to say but thus far its a enjoyable read and hope author doesn't drop it.

I am gonna write a more detailed review than my last one since I only said I just like it. Writing quality, it's has good grammar and everything barely any errors. That readers can usually spot. The only problem I have is of course you included characters from other anime which is fine, but me personally I would love if you focus more on the aspect of the DXD universe more. But I am fine with the MC learning other skills since he is basically death himself. Story Development is good, of course he is gonna be overpowered since he is the literal embodiment of death and there is a lot of funny scenes I love in this novel. Especially his cute obsession with Sona. The pacing is of course a problem in this novel but it can be fixed in the future. Something that I wish you could do is to expand his ability in the field of art a bit more and there are some plot holes in the University Visitation chapter, like what happened with his paintings or sculptures which needed to be somewhat explained. Other than that story development is good so far. Character design is good, its basically DXD and other animes that you could search with Google, I read novels mostly on my phone, so computer users will have a easier time to find the anime characters online. So far so good. Updating Stability is amazing, sometimes we get 1 to 3 chapters a day which is a lot. That is saying a lot also about author dedication and research to this novel. No pressure. World Background, is just DXD with other animes, but the main premise is DXD of course. So far a good novel that I look forward to reading in my day, and I hope you can continue. Hope you can take my review into consideration and that it helps you have to proceed with this novel.

i have read read like 100s of web novels. i can honestly say that it has potential to become one of the best dxd fan fic out there only if if u dont go into pokemon harem. u can change cover or name maye be to attract more viewers...!!!!!!! goood luck and dont drop it

Author-san, can I get like from my honest review? ... Sorry bro, the context of the story is good, but I don't know why, I always feel like I'm reading a NPC's interacting with NPC from the start of the story until the latest chapter now.😓 I mean the characters seems like they just doing their assigned program in the entire story.

Little advise for author; you cant just write [First time writing so don't expect anything, if you don't like it then just leave] when you post your work in a public forum and expect people who dont like your novel to just go away without without voicing their opinion. Since they invested their times, its only fair they get to voice their experience for other readers. PS; i havnt read the book, gave it 4 star so it wont affect the rating by much, but wanted to say my piece after reading author's synopsis.

50 chapters, it's good enough, the story was great, one of the best romances involving sona and dxd, the mc was interesting. Yes he was super overpowered, but the story does not actually revolve around the first wishes, the mc grows into something more, something greater and it organically mixes with the lore of dxd, not changing it or destroying it, but making it into something greater, this review is from chapter 1 to chapter 50, because for me, the story died after chapter 51, it was a good ride, it was truly a great story. Rest in peace.

This is good... Honestly, it is but I fell like most people don't give respect to whom respect is due when it comes to fanfics. What the author is likely insinuating is that with some cheat ability, any random person could kill a multiversal level existence. No matter how you look at it, Veldanava is a multiversal level existence on the same level as One Above All and The Presence, and just because someone has a concept of death doesn't mean they call kill them. Maybe it's because Tensura is just an anime while Marvel and DC comics are quite old is the reason why no one undermine One above All and The Presence. I'm just saying my piece here.

Yo, i just see you write Dxd fic Here is my advice never write Dxd story by using Dxd anime as reference, Because unlike in light novel, dxd version anime ruin a lot of characters, especially Issei's characters hard to the point that reduce him into fanservice machine.

Didn't give full marks because you didn't finish the DxD storyline. But this is still a great read..👍👍

Honestly one of my best reads of all time, it's a SUPER OP MC that isn't against killing, while not being a deranged maniac that would kill you for looking at themselves wrong - a True Neutral alignment (which is rare considering his dumb high strength, since most beings like this would be Chaotic Evil) and although it gets a little rocky at some parts (namely the whole stuff with MC's family and the length of the Tensura arc), it picks up again shortly afterwards. I'm sorry that I am too lazy to write a proper review (at least while trying to keep out spoiler), but I may update it at a later date and trust me - you won't regret reading it.

Ahahahahahahah I love it! Even if Slice of Life is sometimes boring, just a little. But it's good! I can't wait to see what he plans to do to combat the nonsense that is level 1-A and level 0 beings. I also wish he would have interacted in a friendly way with the Eldritch, because in the end, the Eldritch are such powerful beings that he gets bored. So making friends as an Eldritch is not abnormal. I can't wait to see this! Hahahahah and maybe even make friends with the witches on the umineko side. Oh and try the dies irae universe, there is after all a lot of level 1-A and level 0 there too.

I was pretty intrested you know. You see, some sensless people claimed that it's pretty original idea. Because all others writers just mindlesly follow dxd storyline, but this one is different. I was skeptical asf. I mean, sure if he follow dxd plot that would be a f dissaster of stupidity. Because instant death leave no room for interesting battle, it's too op. So I was pretty sure it's would be just a f slice of life with mc doing some dumb things, without any motivation or idea what he wants. Exactly what happened. Did I write review just to stroke. my ego? Propably. but more important, it's just so boring. i don't recommend it to anyone.

1. The story is a mix world of multiple anime's. 2. The story focus is slice of life. You can expect this the moment the author added yogiri instant death ability. There's absolutely nothing can harm the guy with how absurdly powerful that ability is in DXD. 3. No he didn't get nerf, he only got the nerf version of his 3 wishes in his drunken state but it's still absurdly powerful. I doubt the ROB who reincarnated him can even give him the full version of instant death. (You can only the full version if you're the personification of the end of everything (including multiverse)and that is the mc of instant death). 4. Like i said this novel focus is slice of life so if you don't like it don't bother ranting on the author since he uses his time to write this. Don't force your likes and don't like on him. 5. As of the chapter 40 the characters still follows their canon personality. They don't feel like a yes dolls you see in most dxd fanfiction. 6. The romance is also properly flesh out and they took time to fall for each other. 7. Author some chapter is unnecessary like the show off chapter in the different school. Those didn't add anything to the story. 8. Also he barely use command t, one of his cheat I think you should use it more author. 9. He looks a bit push over at the start but i think it's a misunderstanding since he enjoy cooking. He also decline the temp transferring school at start only to change his mind because of his system. I will stop here for now, imma add more after i catch up to the newest chapter.

honestly, when the nerfs to the abilities came I was agreeing with some of the comments stating how it was redundant to the story to have the op tag. At that moment it seemed like it was going to be another story with endless nerfs later on and constant annoyances but luckily to my surprise it wasn't as bad as a nerf as I had previously thought. although there was a part stating how he was gonna seal the instant death ability right near the end of the first chapter. I think that part specifically for me put me off a good amount but the truth is that he does still use the ability as when someone uses killing intent towards him they do still die so after reading that part I was not as torn up about it as before. I recommend that part be changed a bit as in that moment it seems like he will really never use that ability. Over all I think the writing is good and the pace as well. 5/5 - there are definitely things that could be done to make it better and some structural changes to the writing as well so others don't interpret certain things wrong but I'm not a hard critique and I enjoyed the story.
