What the author is likely insinuating is that with some cheat ability, any random person could kill a multiversal level existence. No matter how you look at it, Veldanava is a multiversal level existence on the same level as One Above All and The Presence, and just because someone has a concept of death doesn't mean they call kill them. Maybe it's because Tensura is just an anime while Marvel and DC comics are quite old is the reason why no one undermine One above All and The Presence. I'm just saying my piece here.

I understand your piece.. even I don't know what tier Veldanava is, he might be tier 0 or the highest tier 1-A. But I based everything on fic that I read, it was stated there that Ivaraje was equal to Veldanava to maintain balance but that Ivaraje was killed by the embodiment of Cause and Effect.
