In a world where humans ruled and were superior over other species. Where gods, be it good gods and evil gods cure their boredom by giving out unimaginable powers to humans making them into believers and puppets to their games. A very harmless demi-human from the snake clan and that too a true descendant from the royal lineage of the snakemen, Parish weak and was unwanted was cruelly driven to death by unscrupulous adventurers. With thoughts of his end he was called on by a dying god who chose Parish to be his heir and continue on with his godly duties. Driven by revenge against the wicked humans and the desire to be among the living once more, Parish accepts the deal with the dying god to be his heir and train to be a god.
