There's one thing I'm just really annoyed about, story is decent. But in c50 Starks and mc plan to build port on western side of their territory, but somehow that translates to building one on freaking Bear ISLAND. I mean what? How does that help north? It's an island, it won't help with trade or any proper military action. If we assume it would be used, which it wouldn't, it it would be very expensive detour, and you still would need to make one larger port on western shores of north just so that you can use that detour to freaking transport stuff to anyone but Mormonts. Please just look at the freaking westoros map, it's island + it's just in awful position for any kind of trade or naval action. Just PLEASE fix this absurdity. I mean just imagine US building their first proper port, but instead of building it on US mainland, they build it on puerto rico :D I mean clearly this whole thing was just way by author to hook up Jon with the Mormont girl, but it was just idiotic forced plot. Think of better excuse ;D I'm willing to remove this review as long as this issue is fixed, but till then it's going to stay, it's just so stupid and beyond all logic. Otherwise story is pretty nice.

LIKEThe port for the military wise it is good to give to the mormonts they are known to be very loyal to the starks and there is a lot of wood to build ships on Bear Island plus you can use it to fight Ironborn or send men north of the wall using ships. Economic they can sell goods to Lannisport, Old Town and they can buy Arbor wine and not have to pay as much as they are not going to white harbor or going through the land which is much more dangerous and the lords can west of the north to get trade with a port right at their door you only see this as bad because house mormont is poor and is on an island which does not make much sense since there has been plenty of island cities.
they could do all of that from sea dragon point too. Which is a much better location for both military and trade
