This review only applies to chapters 1 to 54. Past there I haven't read yet. This novel is pretty good in the beginning, but after he leaves the island, and arrives in Japan, an unnecesary (as I see it) story arc begins. The whole arc is built on the premises that he for some reason can't go home without the Japan's help. Keep in mind that the MC at that point has the power and ability to fly across the ocean while killing hundreds of megladons. (Although he needed to eat herbs constantly). While the Japanese typically need about 16 people to bring down one megladon. (The power of the Emperor's generals are still unknown at this point, so I won't mention them. It is assumed that the average abilities of Japan are vastly weakr than him. I doubt that the MC trully needs help getting to america. It is said in the story that american survivors in japan managed to kill the emperor's son and steal a whole bunch of resources and escape. The only explanation that I can think of (at the moment) is that there is a portal that connects the two countries that the emperor controls. However, it wouldn't make sense given that the theft happened and the emperor's son was killed too. Anyways... at around chapter 50, he was summoned by the emperor. (This whole part is a bit irritating and stupid.) It can be summarized like this: Emperor: Tell me why I shouldn't kill you (as if he could) MC: Torture and kill only the people responsible it's not like your son will cone back Emperor: So you will hunt them for me? MC: I can't go to america anyways so... Emperor: I don't trust you enough. To gain my trust, you must conquer all of the remaining dungeons in Japan. MC: Ok, sounds like a plan. The whole reasoning is messed up. I won't encourage or discourage you from reading this novel. Decide for yourself whether or not you want to read this.

Did anyyone read after the japanese arc? Im at chapter 20 and i can barely stand it already. The i see this review and im supposed to suffer through chap 70. Has anyone read after that? Please tell me so that i dont waste anymore time in this. I dont wanna give this a review yet since is going to be unfair but im gonna drop it if its not worth my time. I gope the author can reply too. Lol
well I think you are one of those skip reader. and missed lot of information. 1. he finished all of his blue leaf. 2. he had to cross the whole pesific ocean and there is chance of meeting dragon which he didn't have the confidence of fighting. 3. he needed lot of information about the world including some insider information which only some important people can have. so don't go bullshiting around if you.
Well first of all I agree with the company part but about the part of defeating dragon( just trying and coming up with another powerful attack like magma lance) I think this is the part which should take long time if this is done in early part then the story will become bland cause for now dragon is the most powerful monster and to kill it he needed more time training and it will west more time on the island and mc is desperate to see his family. and about information part it's about his hometown (which was destroyed by nuclear bomb.) no one knows about this except emperor. and because communication system is destroyed it's is hard to know about the situation about the world. which common people don't know.
You're completely right about how killing the dragon early would make the story pretty bland, so I can't disagree. Though it already seemed to get sorta bland due to how powerful he already is. (I assume that was fixed later on in the story) However, I still think that he could have considered more options before signing himself away to defeating all of the dungeons in Japan. That's gotta take a heck of a lot of time too. (I might be wrong about how long it would take since I stopped, but it still seems like a whole lot of effort for nothing). The information part does make some sense, but I still don't think it warrants all of his effort to gain the emperor's trust. In conclusion, I think I'm just pretty irritated by the MC's personality. Again with the company concept, I feel like he's doing a lot of this in vain and he went to the conclusion that he NEEDED the emperor too early and quickly.
Well MC took less then half of a month to clear the five dungeons. and after clearing those dungeons all of the loots gose to MC and with that MC gets some gear up. so I don't think this was any way a loose contact.
