I'll be honest I couldn't make it past the first chapter because it was so stupid. as the main character wasted his wishes on dumb things like having the combat experience of Archer from Fate stay night because the Mc wanted the ability to defend himself in close quarters. which Archer doesn't specialize in as he specializes in long distance combat. it would have been more rational for him to wish for the combative experience of a character like baki hanma. then the second wish is somehow worse than the first as he simply wishes to be tough without specifying how tough. so this wish could go wrong so badly as God in the story could just make him slightly tougher than the average Joe or tougher than any character in fiction. but it's the fact he didn't think to specify that just proves how stupid he is. then he wishes for the ability to understand all languages. which is useless in Star wars as there's freaking droids that can translate just about every language. if he'd used this wish for knowledge form a more advanced sci-fi universe he might have picked up the knowledge on how to build a universal translation device. as such things are pretty common in sci-fi. also I feel like I should point out his reasoning for picking this wish was he was concerned with not being able to understand the people around him. but it's pointless because babies and children learn languages much easier than adults. as his brain would have naturally picked up on the language easily. on top of that he thought he was reincarnating on Earth. this just makes it even dumber.

The main point of this review is that the novel had potential, but the choices made by the author create a flawed story. The author makes horrible wishes, forgets his wishes, and makes questionable decisions concerning the plot. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend anyone to read unless you're the type of person that enjoys awful stories. Expanding on the wishes, the author chose the worst wishes possible. He wished for "Archer's fighting experience," a "though body," and "[the ability] to speak any language." On top of somehow misspelling tough, the author chose random generalized, unspecific wishes. Another review highlighted this, stating that not specifying the wish, in the case of his wish about toughness, could cause the ROB to make the main character as tough as an average person. This problem applies to the "Archer's experience" wish as well. Who is archer? Archer is a class, not a person. The author claims that his main character made these wishes because he had no idea which world he was traveling to, which makes the problem worse. In the text, the main character comments that he is concerned about the Fate universe. If the main character were so concerned about the world, he would have chosen more specific wishes than "tough body" and "Archer experience." Perhaps, I don't know, actual powers? When I say that the author forgot his wishes, I mean that he only remembers that the main character has a "tough body." Archer's experience? The author forgot he had it. The ability to understand all languages? There wasn't a single use for it. Here's a minor spoiler that ties in with my third point about the author making questionable decisions. In the story, the main character chooses to sever his connection to force. As many know, this ability is not permanent. However, what he does during that time shows that the author forgot his wishes. During a time skip where he fights battles without the Force, the main character gets demolished. Coming out of those battles with many injuries causes the main character to realize he is nothing without the Force. All of a sudden, where did his first wish go? All the archers in Fate have many combat experiences, especially Emiya, whom the author alluded to basing the wish on when stating the wish. All of a sudden, the mc can't fight stormtroopers? Where did that experience go? Finally, touching upon the questionable decisions, the main one that sticks out is the author's decision to have the main character sever his connection to the Force. This severing could be due to many reasons that make sense. However, no, the mc had a temper tantrum after falling into one of the oldest tricks in the book; the illusion of a close dead person somehow being alive again. After escaping the illusion meant to remind him not to repeat past mistakes, he ignores the Holocron and severs his connection later. The stupid thing here is that his so-called mistake was not telling his sister to look both ways on the street since she jumped straight into traffic after she saw him. Moreover, he exposed his location since he was angry, and we can assume that the temple with the Holocron was later discovered and destroyed. A lot of stupid things occur, adding more and more flaws to the story. The author needs to fix his story and pay more attention to details. How do you forget your wishes?

So much potential wasted by stupidity , like seriously this novel had a really good plot. Not to mention that the idea was somewhat interesting but really the MC is just so….so stupid that I can not read this novel without wanting to bang my head against the wall . I hate the MC because this is what reading the story made me feel:

DON'T READ THE FIRST TWO CHAPTERS! Don't question why, just do it. That is what I did and I really loved this story until I read a review that made me completely hate the MC and the author for being so stupid and cringe... the author should just delete the first 2 chapters and this story would go up in ratings.

I guess its true that people who write "Wishes" or "System" stories only write trash. For a second I really thought that the story wouldn't be so bad because between Ch. 3-28 it really is a fine story. Only for the whole thing to fall apart as soon as the MC starts to interact with other humans more often.

MC decided to throw a temper tantrum and nerfed himself. Too much angst and edge.

not sure why people are trolling this author with low ratings. story is quite good. it's also nice seeing a force user (esp a reincarnation/SI) not going all "ERMG FORCE POWERS I AM GOD" - "OMG BUTTERFLY 4 THE WIN!" - "ERMG LAZER SWORD MUST USE!" The only thing I'd add to the MCs chosen path to power is for the author to look into some of the stuff that's available in SW universe that no one ever uses. Power armor, mag lev boots, actual blaster and lightsaber resistant metals (cortosis, phrik, etc), helmets with multi spectrum vision modes, neural interfaces, active camouflage, etc.. there's so much tech for spec ops types that rarely if ever see the light of day that if used together could put Yautja or 40k Space Marines to shame. Sure doing that is more expensive than some spaceships.. but yolo right?

This is I think one of my favorite starwars fics of all time. The main charachter is extremely pragmatic and down to earth even if he does do some of the most stupid stuff like cutting himself off from the force and needing to relearn it he at least has a fairly clear reason to do so at a practical level such as developing his reflexes for when inevitably the force either is tampered with via a darksider or forcibly moved away from him. The only thing I don't like is how blooded or darkside kyber crystals seem to have no corrupting influince on the mc seemingly.
