Re:Zero, Power Driven Madness (Finished)

This is enough to make me want to read this fanfic because some of the characters in Re:zero are literal obsessed simps and I want to know on how MC deals with them! 😂😂😂😂😂

This author guy is pretty weird? Honestly don’t get what he’s thinking.

1 - WQ: Nothing special, it just follows canon. Grammar could use work (not horrendous but not good). 3 - SOU : I don't know so i just put 3*. 1 - SD : Like i said, just canon. 1 - CD : Also, like I said just canon. He is a rip-off subaru; a sheep who follows everything he did to the molecule. He even knowingly got cursed, just why? 1 WB - He didn't create this world nor expand so a 1*.

I didn't really like the story but I recognize the effort of the author. Story development and character design got 3 stars. The rest got five stars. Frankly, this didn't feel like a fanfic. Just a bad version of Re zero where Subaru die less. Absolutely all events until where I stopped are similar to Canon aside from some very small differences(Subaru not dying.) I think that a fanfic should always leave Canon. But that just me. I know many many fics who follow the same style of only slightly changing Canon. For me, when I read a fic I want to see different situations and different outcomes. For example in CH 1 the way the mc talked with Reinhard, he could have entered the knighthood or decided to help the thief become queen rather than Emilia. He could have even left the kingdom and went somewhere else or he could have joined the witches cult. All in all Re zero is such a large world and it's kinda sad that the author just focusing on Canon event without even changing the outcomes of said events. Still, the author isn't bad. His writing is good and if I had never read Re zero I would have liked it.

Excellent start for this Re Zero Fanfic. Mc characterisation & Pacing of the story are the highlights of this fanfic. Character interactions are very good. Plot premise and plot progression are good. Hope author completes this fanfic.

I was told this was good 😐, grammar is trash , story makes no sense, and Mc is just another idiot who for some reason wants to get involved in the plot when he doesn't really need to.

I died while reading the synopsis, so it’s already a 5 in my book.

So i am going to give rate bcz i kinda enjoy the read. Up until 50 chapter i still enjoy it and understand it ,now i didnt get it cz im not yet reading cannon. Im sorry lol. But it was well written ,and not goin to waste ur time.

Let's keep it easy. Good things. Better character for the mc. Constant growth in power for the mc(original was really not about growth, more overcoming worst odds, in most interesting way) Weeb dreams comes true(you know what i mean)(though re:Zero have a lot of nice girls*, so choosing someone is a hard time) Potential for some derailing from Canon. Bad points. It's follow Canon very closely, which looking weird with changes in buriburu* character. Because it's stick closely to a original source, someone who read light novel could clearly see that writing nothing compared to a original. Lacking In details, many skips in already known matters, so you can't read it without any knowledge in original. Conclusion. If you dissatisfied with original Subaru, you can read this one (suburu sounds like pоrn-parody version) But don't expect much. And it's would still have character problems. But in a way, it's a nice read.
