This story is great. I absolutely love and adore the writing style, characters and how the author makes the book feel so... good, I guess. I would rate it a 5Star if the stability had been better, and a little more introduced into the story. But that’s that and this is this. This story is losing a lot of potential viewers and fans because of the fact that many reviews are not as positive as mine. Just give it a chance, please.
Honestly, can't find anything wrong with this. Writing is great. Stability is very consistent. Characters are realistic. The background is not a lot, but not too little. Problem is the power scaling of the MC. If the MC isn't streamrolling a majority of his opponents, then this isn't a logical or fun story, just a forced plot. 1. Top tier player, went back in time. Already fat advantage. 2. Noble birth, another advantage. 3. Knowledge of fighting techniques, another advantage. 4. Knowledge of hidden quests and places and whatnot, another fat advantage. You could have any one of these advantages and you'd be a strong player. Now, with all of them combined, the MC should be absolutely bodying, every single one of his opponents. From what I've read so far from the comments and replies by the author, the story seems to be heading towards a "strong to stronger" type. Not just straight-up overpowered. "Sure but where's the story then?" What about romance? Meeting up with friends again? Flexing on noobs? I admit I like Gary Stu plot. Sure, it's lame, but it's fun for me and that's exactly why I tried out this novel. "Wrong place then for such a story," you say? Lmfao, look at the 4 reasons above why I thought it was a Gary Stu in the first place. But good story overall. Also, too slow-paced for my liking.
Interesting and so far enjoyable story whose premise is very similar to RSSG. However although it is somewhat early to tell, i much prefer the style and content of this tale to that stilted, repetitive story. This author shows the mechanical effects of the game system, instead of explaining it blandly. Good start! Hopefully will become a favourite.
I like it. It has a great story line. The possible outcome of the story taunts the imagination. I don not know the writers direction with the story but the glimpse thus far is addictive.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I really like this story. Sometimes, it changes from past tense to present tense randomly, but I'm okay with that. The switch from normal narration to the mc's thoughts is also not shown through any mean, but I'm guessing its because of the bad formatting of WN, from what I read from the author's note. I think the characters have more depth into them than all the characters of every novel in this site combined, so it's really a breath of fresh air.
