"This is Professor Charles' son, a true schizophrenic. According to his perception and judgment, Professor Charles is not dead," Su Chen said coldly.

Emma Frost, who had naturally heard about the Supreme's rampage at Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters, knew about the alleged death of the Mind Sovereign, Professor Charles. But not dead? That seemed unlikely. The students who had defected to the Supreme's camp all confirmed that Professor Charles had died, his body completely obliterated by the out-of-control Dark Phoenix.

"Worthington Pharmaceuticals! This biotech company produces a drug that can completely suppress the mutant X-gene. Once injected, mutants lose their powers within seconds."

This news from Electron shocked everyone.

"Permanent suppression?" Wanda, the Scarlet Witch, frowned.

"Not necessarily. We don't have enough samples, but based on my scientifically rigorous probability estimate, the effect could last for several months at least."

This revelation caused the surrounding mutants to turn pale. This was too deadly. The drug's efficacy far surpassed any previous suppressants.

"Damn bastards, first the Sentinels, now X-gene suppressants. How many more tricks do these humans have?"

"And General Stryker's son, Jason Stryker..." Electron glanced at Su Chen, as General Stryker, annihilated in a catastrophic event, was Su Chen's enemy. Jason Stryker, known as Mastermind, had been controlled by his father and had abilities that even Professor Charles couldn't escape from. His brain extract could turn mutants into obedient servants. Evidence suggested that Mastermind had been secretly recruited by S.H.I.E.L.D. and was now missing.

Regardless, the conspiracy uncovered by Worthington Pharmaceuticals meant it had to be uprooted to intimidate the increasingly rampant anti-mutant forces.

Others had functional limitations, unable to control their powers at will, like Cyclops, who relied on tactical visors, and Rogue, who couldn't touch anyone without draining their life force.

At that moment, a hovering aircraft carrier decloaked in the sky, casting a dark shadow that completely enveloped Demon Island.
