Saying "Meh" to a piece of fiction and giving it 2 stars is a review. Is it a good review? No. But does anyone say this to a bad 5 star review? Also no. You picking out the 2 star review out of a field of bad 5 star reviews makes your bias extremely obvious.
Go say that to the 'i like it' 5 star reviews also.
Go ask the same thing from those 5 star reviews.
By both of your own definitions, this is a review. It is assessing a fanfiction formally through Webnovels review process, with the possibility of changing the opinion or perspective of the person who reads it. What you are successfully arguing is that this review isn't constructive, not that it isn't a review.
Bro do the rest of us a favor and actually add on why you felt it was meh. Anyone with common sense checks the negative reviews first before looking at the positive ones to see if there's poison in the novel that'd put them off of it
How about instead of saying "No I am right" without elaborating in the slightest, you try arguing that this isn't a review but a rating? Or simply concede that this is a review by definition, but it is a meaningless one that lowers the standards of what we should allow a review to be? Those would be smarter than trying to argue against the dictionary.
