It's a fun concept, but the power scaling is ridiculous. Comparing 10% of Ulquiorra's strength to a 10 million bounty pirate is off the mark. You do understand that even weaker Vasto Lordes could destroy a town with a weak Cero. Besides that, a normal human couldn't even stand in the presence of a normal Hollow. Ten percent of Ulquiorra’s strength, as a Vasto Lorde, scales way higher. For example, let's take the current Luffy. If you take 10% of his strength and pit him against a 10 million bounty pirate, Luffy would easily stomp the guy to death. In other words, whether it's a 10 million bounty pirate or not, they are still normal people. They shouldn't be able to even withstand that level of Reiryoku or be in the presence of a Vasto Lorde. I understand that you’re trying to balance the story somewhat, but you really should reconsider this aspect.

too early to review but I have to review. first and formost the author have misconception about reatsu. in bleach everyone use reiryoku whenever it needs to be used, reatsu is the weight of the reiryoku that is used. when they said zaraki have massive reatsu it means that his reiryuko is massive. its like a tungsten cube, the cube itself is the reiryuko while its weight is the reatsu. reatsu was never an energy. second this fanfic is familiar I think I have seen this before, or not who knows can't remember. if you still did not get it reiryuko is like an butane gas and the act of turning on the gas stove is the act of a shinigami atempting to use its fuel aka reiryuko for kido, now the fire is burning in the stove that fire is the kido now the heat you feel in the fire is the reatsu. as of now this is the only thing I could say. its still 4 chapters. I will write a review again when it reach 50 chaps if the author made changes accordingly as that would mean I might still read this if not then I wont too.

As much as I find the idea of an Espada as a character in One Piece and enjoy the overall progression of the story, I'm seriously questioning the way you're portraying it. Why would you spoil the rate of strength of the main character for the reader? By having your character measure himself to others after periods of growth would not only be more satisfying for the reader, but it also wouldn't create the issue of it coming off as needless exposition. There was no reason to claim certain percentages as benchmarks before meeting said benchmarks. Secondly, the amount of times exposition is repeated to the reader is way too much. You don't need to constantly remind the reader of things when they are quite literally mentioned a chapter or two prior. Finally, the references... are unbearably repetitive. They are everywhere and incredibly annoying. If the reader wanted to know specifics about Fairy Tail, they would've read a story about Fairy Tail. If you feel like mentioning a certain reference by no means am I saying you shouldn't, but seriously consider cutting them down... by a lot. PS: I know you've already mentioned how you have errors in the writing of lore and background information, so I haven't let that decide the rating, but please don't forget to correct them.

In my opinion there are only 3 things that the reader needs to know beforehand or needs improvement on the authors side. Apart from those the idea is great and the grammar is way above most stories you find on this platform. And it's not just the AI generated bullshit that pops up everywhere. 1 - Ulquiorra is nerfed to hell and back, at least in the beginning (10% Ulqiorra = 10 Mio. Bounty Pirate) 2 - Heavy AU; dates, bounties, strengths etc can be all over the place. Although many are close to cannon there is hardly a chapter where One Piece fans don't read something that does not fit into at all. 3 - The ratio of explanations or thought monologues to progression is terrible. I didn't calculate it but it felt like 2:1 or worse. There is hardly any flow for the reader and that makes it hard to stay immersed in the story.

Though the way the author initially compares the MC's power at 10% is seriously flawed as the other commenters stated, this comparison is later rectified and the power scaling becomes rather reasonable as the story progresses. Regardless if you're looking for an extremely overpowered MC you won't be disappointed.
