You can also go further with his quirk, like instead of just adaptation and evolution he starts being able to absorb quirk factors through blood and adding it into his quirk factor, like how Izuku does it from the fanfiction - Blood For The Blood God by Ryujin Maoi, it would give Tatsumi some diversity.

Shall let this beauty marinate before consumption, looking forward to a time based quirk, could become a real asset to anyone if he learns how to rewind wounds like Eri, also the Fml being Momo isn’t a problem but I hope you consider other avenues even if it’s just polygamy between the MC, Momo and a third girl, just because there’s more than 1 in a relationship doesn’t mean it’s a harem, I find slow burn poly fics to be more interesting overall because it opens up more room for other characters and their romantic feelings towards their partners. (Not trying to tell you what to do, just a recommendation)

Off to a good start, don’t drop this fic it has a lot of potential, especially if you visit avenues like blood manipulation, wind manipulation and ALTA waterbending healing techniques.
