For now 3 stars for 3 incredibly well-constructed episodes. I can say that these initial chapters are the introduction to the book, like the first steps of the mc before he officially begins his story, now we just have to wait to see what the author of this fanfic brings us and if it continues with the same quality.

the rating you gave isn't really an encouraging sign.
if it's really incredible, rate it 5 star. It's stupid if you think it will motivate readers to read and the authors to write.

That's literally exactly what it means. If you earned a 3/5 on a test in high-school, you'd have failed that test. 3/5 is not a good score, and him doing that to push the author to write more and faster is weird.
