I don't know, I read the novel years ago and it will always be different from the anime. I only remember that the monsters drop drops and other items that each "hero" knows about from their experience in the game they played. Naofumi learns this later in the story, but I found it strange that you didn't include it, because each mob drops several items besides the obvious ones. Okay, so here's the context: we all see the MC doing practically stupid things in the last few episodes, basically just filler. Honestly, I don't know if he's forcing the plot or what, but he lacks control. Basically, what I would do is this: I would take the two sisters directly to the healer's clinic and find an excuse about the money. Then, immediately, without caring about anything else, I would spend that gold dragon on a high-end rental and buy expensive clothes. We know that money will flow from the actual work and everything that comes with being a healer. With a stable base and good food, I would train to gain muscle mass, and the abilities will come naturally. With money and strength, I could pursue revenge or hire someone to take on the "mafia" within the walls.
