The mc's a bit too emotional on this one, isn't it normal to meet all typea of people and Bakugo is one such people, if everytime he meets someone he didn't like, will he react like that again? Hope he does have more emotional control since this is technically his 2nd life and such behavior is very unlikely of an old timer.

Great writing quality. Plot is also good with no noticeable holes. Updates is extremely fast. Character development is also excellent since the character's actually fleshed out. World development needs some improvement or more details in it.
