The MC is just plain bad. He accepts being a rag even easier then Satou. While I could understand his need to play along at the start since he had no power, why is he a slave after he got stronger? And, even if Loise is 16, she looks like a gradeschooler, how can he perv on someone like that? All in all, it's a subpar work.

LIKECan you please state the reason? I just don't get why he lets himself be walked all over. Even more so, I don't get why he accepted to be kissed by Loise knowing that he would be turned into her slave.
I'll try to talk a little bit without spoiling too much. About being kissed, he didn't have much choice, it was very sudden and even thinking logically it was the best option at the moment since he was stuck in the magic academy and no one would give him the option to refuse and he is a common modern otaku, below average in everthing, stuck in a medieval world. Realistically speaking, he couldn't survive a month without relying on Louise (since he didn't have his cheat yet). It would have been better to adjust to the world for a while and then steal a few nobles before running away or something like that. He gets carried away easily at first as the Familiar contract has a slight brainwashing effect. It doesn't take away free will but makes the Familiar more adaptable to the situation. When the MC awaken his cheats, he intends to continue with Louise as he would have the perfect opportunity to learn magic if he proves to be a wizard, as obviously not everyone who enters the best magic academy. He also has a doomsday (the dragon on the anime) threat to survive and it would be safer to try to do that by following the canon. Obviously things don't work out and he splits up with Louise around chapter 20, so I recommend you give the novel a chance and read at least until chapter 25 before deciding to drop.
I recently did a review that explains more and mentions other points, you can check it out if you want.
He's 'beta'? He's now of Destroying villages and Torturing all the people that tortured him. He has forgotten about Louise. Also did you ever even watch Familiar of Zero? Do you not know that there are runes that force the familiar to be subservient to the Master...and how does that judge this novel as a 1-star? I mean like how.
Woah... Seems unlikely but Im reading chap20 so imma give it a chance
I have to disagree, we have a anti-social gamer thrown into another world after being almost killed and confronted by a louise, a person with a VERY strong character with MAGIC. You cannot expect him to just stand up and confront her right? with her having magic to cause explosions that can kill him on a whim?. The mc has done what he can to survive after being hunted by basically everyone everywhere. Its just the first 20 or so chapters that are hard to read because the mc is weak and all. but its gets better... MC its not really that smart in taking decisions but he improves later on.
I don't remember much from this, but if you read my review, the main problem I had was with the fact that he's perving on a child and feels like it's ok.
Sure, but for someone who didn't read 50 chapters, it still feels like the MC is a pedo. That's an information which should have been provided at the start of the novel. As it is usually with self inserts, I, as a reader, will use my mentality for everything not directly described as if I was inserted into the story. Had the author mentioned that the MC is also a child, I would have judged it a bit differently. He was still a pervert tho.
