Man i get having the beta charecter getting bullied by his women but give him alittle backbone at least ffs. Mc isnt very intelligent, seems 14 regargless of almost 40 years old mentality he should have or at least a proper adult w/rational thought process. World background seems hit and miss, guys supposed to have been reincarnated 18 years ago but its like he knows nothing. I guess they tossed the education system. Couldnt even be bothered to train his body or learn how to fight despite being fully aware of the cultivation world he lives in with another race wanting conquer earth. No big deal just billions died

As I stated in the review (I think I did), my books are focused on character development. At first, he is a foolish, pathetic, and facetious character who learns more and more as the story progresses. He will learn what to do and what not to do in different situations.

I don't see much development in the characters, all I read about was how not to do a harem story and what MC personalities to stay away from. I am all for a good harem story where the Harem develops in an organic and smooth way although the only personality I like among the harem is Lauren, this MC's harem is terrible, not necessarily the women, but the MC himself and he seems very irresponsible... All in all, this story is just not it... I'll look for other harems stories that actually develop the personalities among the harem.

This is something I don't get.. Author's forcefully make their characters like that even though they know that the readers don't like it. I mean.. why?? 18 years is not enough for his personality to develop? Why does he need to be Pathetic just so you can make him better later in the name of "Character Development" ?

This is the third review after 210 chapters that includes two volumes. Please read this so that you won't need to waste words to complain. First, Mike is not a hero, not a cold killer, not smart, and not even fearless to his death. He is an idiot that doesn't feel likes thinking through the circumstances. He is emotionally weak so character development is the major part of this book. As a writer, I apologize for not being consistent over some factors that are explained early in the story which over explains many things that are not necessary. You can freely skip those details in your mind. For writing this book, I am very satisfied with my story development and if you read it carefully, you can find hints of future events early in the story. As much as I spent time writing MC, I have tried to keep other main characters 3D. You can find it as you reach the second volume. Finally, the last thing that I want to tell you is something that speaks to the story tags. It's an action, adventure, adult, comedic, dramatic, story set in a world where adult stuff is very common.

Story Development- It's not going for rapid development or slow development. Everything will improve at its own pace and if you read the story carefully, you will understand why? My characters will suffer, they will understand and thoroughly change to become what they were meant to be. The story is a bit difficult to read due to the grammar and general sentence construction but if you can power through that then there is a decent story to be explored. I am still in the beginning chapters and there haven't been any major plot-holes yet. Sometimes things don't make sense but if you just turn-off your brain and read this as a light-hearted story without trying to find mistakes then you will definitely have an enjoyable experience. The Author has replied to someone else's review about the editing so the language might change in the future and let the story shine with it's full potential. The only concern is the power system of the MC as there is a lot going on with that and that means that it can turn into a Deus Ex Machina really quickly. Till now the Author has kept things well balanced mostly so that may be unnecessary concern. Definitely recommended for anyone intrested in harem OP protagonist with some cultivation mixed in.
