Auto nope because the ml puts 0 thought into who to protect he clearly isnt much of a soldier if he cant even plan and do backround checks on who he plans to protect then pick someone who deserves it

it's a joke. it's suppose to be that way. If literally write that in the synopsis. Nothing here is too be taken that seriously. I don't know why you even started to read this, if you expected something serious, even though the tags say this is a gag. Well anyway I guess thanks for reading.
I agree with you on that part, Kitten. I'm not that versed in the military aspects of things, but here's what I have to let out of my system; Not caught up to this novel yet, but the first line of the synopsis shouldn't be there. The line is: 'Raised to be the perfect soldier for battle, Alexander had risen to be the youngest S rank Merc.' How can someone be a quote on quote perfect soldier if he fails to do the basic reconnaissance required of someone that's labeled to be adept in fighting on the front line. When I read that part where he could choose any girl for the mission to protect, I immediately thought of, 'what if he picks someone from his own class and searches her background beforehand, in order to find a girl that's worthy?' Surely, being a soldier that prioritizes 100% completion rate, by doing that one thing, it will make it easier for him? But yeah... that didn't happen.
