In a dystopian society ruled by a military regime, Japan grapples with the aftermath of a government overthrow. Amidst the chaos, a group of teenage operatives known as the "Shadow Youth" emerges, trained in secrecy to combat the regime's tyranny.
Led by Captain Kawasaki, Team Eagle embarks on a dangerous mission to retrieve a vital document from a heavily fortified military facility. With their skills and determination, they navigate treacherous obstacles and evade the ever-watchful eyes of the State Intelligence and Counter Combat Team (S.I.C.C.T), a group of ruthless teenage spies loyal to the regime.
As the stakes escalate, Team Eagle finds themselves embroiled in a deadly game of cat and mouse, facing betrayal, sacrifice, and moral dilemmas at every turn. Alongside their allies, including the enigmatic Black Cobra squad, they must uncover the truth behind the regime's grip on power and ignite the spark of resistance among the oppressed masses.
