I hope this letter finds you in your best spirits. It has come to my attention that recently you are feeling unloved and self-conscious. Also, that you are feeling monachopsis; it's okay to feel out of place sometimes.

I do not address you on the subject without any intention of discussion of the abstract question of why should you love yourself. I simply wish to turn this upsetting change to some account for the general welfare.

What does the word 'love' truly mean? Love means an intense feeling of affection. In my opinion, everyone has a right to feel loved by others and also by themselves whether or not they are 'perfect'.

I, myself am not 'perfect' but little by little I am learning to love myself. Today, I am who I am with all of my faults and my mistakes. Tomorrow, I might be a tiny bit wiser, and that'll be me too. It's been 4 years. 4 years of misery. Being weighed down by the guilt, and the sleepless lonesome nights. A single drop of salty water dropped from my eyes on the photocard, followed by many other continuously. 

Yoona Park, an 18 years olds life story. How she shows she is fine but she ain't.

She heard they would have a concert in SM Mall of Asia and that they would be in one of the malls in makati city before the concert. She saved enough money for the concert but not for vip tickets but just for the area where you can still see the band but just not that clear and you would have to rely on the big screens to really see their faces. So, since she can't get tickets to get close enough at the concert, she planned on going to their mall interview. 


She dressed up and went out of her condo unit. Took a tricycle (a common pinoy transportation within barangays). After the tric, she walked but then it started to rain, so she had to take cover. She didn't bring an umbrella, and the nearest 711 is a couple of blocks away, so she had to wait for 20 minutes until the rain was not that strong and she can walk through it. She walked from RCBC plaza to Glorietta mall. 


She got there but there were a lot of people there already, the place was packed and she could only make out the body outlines of the band members if she squints. She's so far away, that she had to rely on the projectors to see their faces. But, she's still happy that she was able to go there and hear their interview live even if she wasn't able fortunate enough to get selected for the meet and greet. 


The concert went well too, she had a blast, she went with her bestfriend who only went with her because she bought her the tickets and told her she would pay for everything. She's the only one in her social circle who loves MCR. She was happy to see / hear them live. She loves hearing his voice so much, it's like an antidote for everything that's going wrong in her life. 


Her life is still a mess and she doesn't have it together. She doens't have a boryfriend, she isnt married and she never had sex. Her love life is non existent even though during her 20's she had boys in her life but didn't really come through anything, they didn't have relationships. 


Now she lives alone and couldn't see herself as a successful person. She lost her confidence, but one day she had this epiphany that no one's going to save her, she has to save herself from self-pity. 


After the concert. The band decided to disband and move on with their lives. 


She started vlogging, about fitness, about her journey from being 215 lbs to 120 and her love for animes and books. First no one was watching her youtube channel, but then a few watched then a few more subscribed and as the years went by she has a million subscribers and so she has a lot of fans. What they don't know yet is she is a frustrated singer lolz. She loves singing so she had a room built with soundproof walls so no one could hear her scream her lungs out practicing songs. 


Her dream was to one day sing her favorite songs with her favorite band, MCR. That's her only dream, but she doesn't really have that beautiful voice so she doesn't really know how's that going to happen.

The awards ceremony will be beach style will be held in Boracay and she clicked on a link to learn more about the event. They already booked the performers and she was shocked to see the name engraved in her heart.

BTS' albums have recurring themes that fall under the overarching theme of "reflection of youth." Their "school trilogy" explored "the troubles and anxieties of school-age youth." Their "youth series" "tackled a subject that the vast majority of youth experience, but few pop musicians articulate well: mental health and the desire to belong in society." Wings (2016) focused on temptation and sin. The "Love Yourself" series utilized a narrative form to illustrate the excitement of love, the pains of farewell, and the enlightenment of self-love.

Since their inception, BTS have held the belief that telling their story is the only way for the younger generation to relate to their music. Writing over 90 percent of their lyrics, BTS try to include experiences everyone has felt in life, such as sadness and loneliness, and turn them to something more light and manageable. In regards to their lyricism, RM states he tries to not sound as if they're preaching or reprimanding people in their songs as everyone has different lives and different destinies. When asked if it is difficult to write about things like mental health, Suga responded,

"We feel that people who have the platform to talk about those things really should talk more, because they say depression is something where you go to the hospital and you're diagnosed, but you can't really know until the doctor talks to you. [...] More and more, I think artists or celebrities who have a voice should talk about these problems and bring it up to the surface.

BTS has been praised for "speak[ing] honestly about topics they deem important, even in a conservative society" by Jeff Benjamin in Fuse magazine. South Korean president Moon Jae In, in a letter to BTS, recognized their sincerity and inclusion of diversity as key to their success, writing, "Each of the seven members sings in a way that is true to himself and the life he wants to live. Their melody and lyrics transcend regional borders, language, culture, and institutions."
