This is collection of ideas (mostly SI) for any aspiring writers. I just give a brief outline and free to you to use it in it's entirety or not. Just message me if you either publish a story influenced by one of these ideas as I would want to read it.
If anyone got a possible scenario for me to try and come with a plan, please leave a comment.

Chapter 6

"Flora, come on. You haven't come out with us in months."
I ignore Mia's whining and continue watching the video playing on my laptop.
Her and Asia both jump on the bed making the laptop bounce and land near the edge of the mattress.
My eyes flash to the two giggling messes beside me. "If that had of missed the edge and hit the floor, you'd both be paying for a new one."
"I'll buy you a new one if you come out with us?" Mia tries to bribe me.
"No thanks. My one works perfectly fine" I respond. "When are the two of you leaving?
"When you get ready to come." They both say in unison.
"I don't feel like going anywhere tonight." I say, the exhaustion apparent in my voice. "And I have a to be at the studio by eight-thirty tomorrow morning."
Asia flips onto her stomach and reaches over to clutch my arm in her hands. "If you come I'll do the thing you told me about today."
As Jaxon and I were on our way to pick up lunch, we finished the conversation we had with Asia and Sophie earlier this morning. He brought up the name of a friend of a friend who works with a company that helps promote self-published books.
The company has a bunch off influencers who have a following on one or more social media platforms. How it works is, you send them the final edited draft of your book, if they like it they go through the list of their influencers to see which ones have a following they think would be interested in buying it and out of each book sale that comes from the links the influencers are given, the company gets a twenty per cent commission, which they use to pay themselves and the influencers who promoted the book.
After Asia and I left work I mentioned everything Jaxon had told me.
"They handle all the marketing for the book and you don't even have to pay any money upfront, they just take a percentage out of each book purchased through the link the influencers are given."
She pursed her lips, unsure about the idea. "I don't know if self-publishing is the way I want to go."
"You wouldn't have to self publish forever." I said. "You could just self publish two books and use them to gain a fanbase."
"I'll think about it."
I wasn't sure she'd actually go for the self-publishing idea. Don't get me wrong, I think it's great. Especially for authors who don't write mainstream content that traditional publishers want. And when I think of Asia and what kind of writer she is and the content she writes, I see her getting a six-figure deal and the books doing so well they get adapted into a movie.
Maybe I'm biased.
Those kind of book deals rarely happen. And it scares me to think that Asia will chase after the dream of getting traditionally published for as long as she writes.
Along with that, I've always thought in the back of my mind that if she ever got a publishing deal, that there would be a power struggle between her and the publisher. Asia can take constructive criticism just fine, but if a publisher were to try changing the ending or relationship between the love interests just to appease readers. I don't even want to think about what would happen.
Her having one hundred percent control over what does and doesn't stay in the book is one of the reasons I think she should do this.
I raise my eyebrows, shocked by Asia' agreement to self publish one of her books. "Are you sure you want to? You can't back out once I leave this apartment with the two of you."
Rolling her eyes, she pushes herself off the bed. "Yes, I'm sure. I thought about it and...I think it might actually work for me."
"What changed your mind?" I ask.
"I'm happy with all my books. The way they're written, the storyline, everything. I think if I published them traditionally they be changed. And I don't want that."
"So this is a control thing?"
"We all know you love control" Mia teases.
I belt out laughing thinking back to Asia' eighteenth birthday. "I always knew Kody had a thing for being submissive."
"Right!?" Mia joins in. "I just never thought you would dominate someone."
She fake glares at us. "I just wanted to see what all the fuss was about."
"And..."
"It felt kinda good telling him what he was and wasn't allowed to do or say." She explains.
"Maybe we should find someone for Flora to dominate." Mia suggests, wiggling her eyebrows,
"Please don't." I groan.
"If you can't find one for yourself, what makes you think you can find one for Flora?" Asia laughs. "She's pickier than you and I put together."
As I head for the bathroom, I stop in front of the wardrobe, pulling out my favourite dress and the new bra and thong set I bought. The door closes behind me and I strip off my clothes, clipping on my bra and sliding on the thong.
The reflection in the mirror shows me the faint white stretch marks on my hips and shoulders. I quickly pull the dress over my head, letting It fall around my body, covering the scars.
"The uber will be here in five!" Mia yells through the door,

"Remind me again why we had to come here?" I look around the room, seeing women dressed in the finest evening outfits and men wearing slacks and button-ups.
Mia drags us straight to the bar. "Because I need a rich man to pay my bills and eat my pussy." A man sitting two bar stools away hears the statement she makes and chokes on his drink.
"Tell the whole room why don't you!" I whisper, acting like I don't know her.
"If I did, I'm sure someone would volunteer."
"Oh my god." I mumble. "I'm going to the bathroom."
I walk down the dimly lit hallway searching for signs on the wall that could tell me where the bathroom is. It's so dark I almost walk past the first door I see. As I reach for the handle, the door opens and knocks me back into the wall.
"Oww." I squeeze my eyes shut as my forehead starts throbbing.
"Shit! Are you okay?"
My eyes flutter open, the figure standing in front of me slowly coming into focus as my blurry vision fades. "I'm fine."
"Maybe you should sit down for a minute. I'll get you some water." He disappears down the hallway.
I don't know if I'm hearing things or if it's real, but the man's voice sounds so familiar. I swear I know someone with that voice, but I'm almost positive I'd remember who.
Especially if they were as attractive as this man is.
"Here you go." He hands me the glass of water.
"Thanks." I respond before gulping it.
"Uhh...do you feel dizzy or sick." 
I shake my head.
"My friends are probably wondering where I am." I say. " I should go..."
"Of course!" He brushes a hand through his black hair. "Sorry about knocking you with the door."'
We get to the end of the hallway, stopping to face each other. "There's no way you could have known I was there."
I let my eyes roam over his face, taking note of small details. Grey eyes scattered with flecks of pale blue, a small thin scar above his right eyebrow, nose slightly bent.
He swipes his thumb against his bottom lip, making me notice how kissable they are.
"I guess not." He catches me staring. "I think your friends are waving at you."
Two men stand beside them as they wave me over.
"I guess I'm coming with you." He says, confusing me.
"Why."
"Because I'm here with the two men talking to your friends."

This story takes place at the end of 17th century.

The world is a mysterious place. Some people belive on existence of demons, Mysterious creature and mage.

There are various mysterious region the world ruled by various mysterious monarch. 

There is always internal war in regions among various kingdom. Every monarch posses lust to conquer other kingdom. And everyday war starts and ends. Those with less support and power is crushed beneath the earth by those who posses power and support. Each kingdom fight to conquer or defend.

When ever kingdom needs suppot in exchange of gold they hire sell sword knows as mercenary. The result of war depends upon the strength of the army and skill of mercenary.

And this is a story of me.

Jae-Sik hesitated in front of Gun-Ho's office before he entered the office.
"Hey, Jae-Sik, please come in. The guests already left."
Jae-Sik entered the office and sat carefully at the conference table in Gun-Ho's office.
"I talked with the lady president who used to work for KimBooks."
"That's good. So you found her phone number."
"My college friend who was my junior at that time happened to work for KimBooks at their editorial department. He also majored in creative writing like me. He made me promise to him that I wouldn't tell anyone that I got her number from him."
"Really? So what does that lady president say?"
"She said she wanted to have some time off from her work at first. And then, once she found out that the person who wanted to talk with her is the president of a big auto parts company, she seems to be interested suddenly."
"So is she willing to meet with me?"
"She said she would visit the company. It seems that she has already been contacted by so many swindlers who said they would want to start a publishing company with her. So, she wants to make sure that you are really the person who is running a big company."
"Haha, really? So when is she coming here?"
"She said she will be here by 2 pm tomorrow."
"That's good. You should be here by 2 pm tomorrow too, okay?"
"Okay, I will."
"Do you have any information on her? Like how old she is?"
"I don't know much about her, but as far as I know, she graduated from Ewha Woman's University; she should be in her late 40s. She has an extensive sales network in the publishing industry, and she has incisive eyes in selecting good books to publish."
"Haha. I see. Okay, I will see you tomorrow at my office."
 
Gun-Ho was dozing off in his office after lunch when Jae-Sik came with a lady. She was that lady president who was known to have the hand of Midas in the publishing field; her name was Jeong-Sook Shin. She looked proud and intelligent. She walked into the office with a long white scarf around her neck. Jae-Sik introduced her to Gun-Ho.
"She is the previous president of KimBooks. This is President Gun-Ho Goo of GH Mobile here."
She offered first her hands to Gun-Ho for a handshake.
"I'm Jeong-Sook Shin. Very nice to meet you."
"I'm Gun-Ho Goo. Please have a seat."
Jeong-Sook sat on a chair.
"I was surprised twice since I came to this company. At first, I was surprised by the size of the company. I was actually expecting to see a factory with several tens of workers, but there are 250 workers in this company. Second, I was surprised because the president of this big company is so young. When I heard that the president of a manufacturing company is interested in starting a publishing company, I expected to see an old man."
 
Gun-Ho picked up the book written by Professor Jien Wang—Economy Trend in China for the 21st Century and showed it to Jeong-Sook.
"A friend of mine in China wrote this book. I want to publish this book in Korea."
The lady was wondering.
"Are you saying that you just want to publish this book, rather than starting a publishing company?"
"Of course not. I want to publish books that are best-selling books on Amazon.com, starting from this book here. I heard you have discerning eyes for recognizing good books."
"Since you are running a big company, I suppose you have enough funds to invest. How much do you intend to invest in a publishing company?"
"How much do you think would be enough?"
"It will take a few months to publish a book, and you need to pay for the expenses including labor until then. You can assume that it will take at least 300 million won until a publishing company starts generating enough income to be self-sufficient."
"300 million won. Okay. With how much salary would you be happy to work with me in running a publishing company?"
"I don't remember telling you that I would work with you in running a publishing business. I just came here out of curiosity since I am taking my time off from work, and I heard someone in the manufacturing industry was interested in the publishing industry."
"I don't know anything about publishing business, but you have been in the publishing field for a long time, and you have extensive experience and discernment in selecting books. I will take care of the necessary funds. Would you work with me and start a publishing company?"
"I have a few conditions."
"What are they?"
 
"First, I don't want to be interfered in running the publishing company."
"That I can do. I can't interfere with something I don't know about. Moreover, I don't have time or energy to do so since I have another company that I need to run."
"Hahaha. That's the thing I like about. That's why I have declined many offers to work together in running a publishing company. I knew you wouldn't interfere in the publishing business since you have your manufacturing company to run."
"Is there a second condition?"
"I'd like to have a stock option in addition to a salary. The major reason why I quit KimBooks was that I couldn't reach an agreement with its president on a stock option. I want 10%."
Gun-Ho shook his head.
"I have a company in China, and I give a stock option of 5%. I can't give you more than that. I need to keep balance and fairness within my companies. Moreover, a publishing business requires me to take a high risk of failure, and the business is not a type of business that would generate substantial revenue."
"Okay, then I will take a salary plus 5% stock option."
"Okay, I will give you that. However, I have a few conditions as well."
"I am listening."
 
"I want you to let Mr. Jae-Sik Moon manage the editorial department."
"Mr. Jae-Sik Moon? Of course, I would love to work with him. He used to work in the publishing industry, and he is an award-winning author of a full-length novel as well. He has extensive work experience in editing as well."
"Secondarily, I know three people in a design company in Seoul. I want you to hire them."
"I can give them an opportunity to have an interview with me. I need to see them first before I can tell you whether I would hire them or not. However, since you recommend them, I will see their qualification favorably."
"I will provide you an office-tel that is located close to the Gangnam station in Seoul."
"Sure. An office-tel would be enough until the company becomes stable."
"Okay then. We will contact you as soon as we complete any administration work on our side. The capital of the company is 300 million won, and the company's name will be GH Media. We will register Gun-Ho Goo and Jeong-Sook Shin as the directors of the company. For any paperwork we need from you in order to register your name as the director of the company, you will be contacted by Manger Seong-Il Kang from GH Development in Seoul."
"Sounds good."
 
When Jeong-Sook and Jae-Sik walked out of Gun-Ho's office, Jeong-Sook asked,
"What does President Goo's father do?"
"President Goo is a self-made successful man."
"Wow! He is so young though."
"He has another factory being built right now; they will soon move to that location. The new factory is in Jiksan Town; he is building a highly advanced factory in a 5,000 pyung large land there."
"5,000 pyung? Wow, he is an amazing person. I don't understand why he wants to have a small publishing company though."
"Why not? He probably likes it a lot."
 
Gun-Ho made a call to his office in Seoul—GH Development. Ji-Young Jeong picked up the phone.
"How is the design company next door doing?"
"Nothing has changed yet, sir. The office is still closed temporarily."
"You said that you know well the person who worked for that company, right?"
"Yes, the person I am close to is the team leader of their design team."
"Can you tell her to come to the office? Tell her that I will acquire that design company."
"Sir? Are you going to buy that design company?"
"Yes. I will be there by noon today. Tell her that I want to meet with her at noon if she doesn't have any prior engagement."
"Sure, I will let her know."

This is the story of a poor young man whose poverty even shreds apart their family willing to climb his way through society and into the top. A very realistic novel that moves away from fantasy and sci-fi and focuses solely on the issues of society and life.

After a few minutes of reading, Ms. Lei finally looked up at Tayaw in a new light. Noticing that Tayaw must have been standing for a long time while she was reading, she embarrassingly said "Oh, for f*ck's sake, brat. You should have at least asked if you can sit somewhere. Whatever. Drag that monobloc chair over there here, and sit down."
After Tayaw finally sat in front of Ms. Lei's table, Ms. Lei continued to talk to him. "Alright, let me print out a list of the names of the available agents I know personally. You can also state my positive evaluation of your work to these agents. They should at least not ignore you once they hear of my name. I'm also doing you a favor of including the names of the agents I know that are competent and are veterans in the industry." Ms. Lei said as she printed out a piece of paper and passed it to Tayaw. Tayaw accepted it with a smile. This was a huge favor to him by Ms. Lei. From the things he heard, it's really actually hard to make an agent notice a talent, and even harder to even make them interested in working for someone. He heard it talked about many times during his time with the Percussive Corrections. Many of their colleagues and fellow musicians took months, even years looking for agents, only to no avail. Even if one found an agent, it was just a tiny step in starting their careers in the show business. So with Miss Lei giving Tayaw permission to use her name, it will immediately eliminate many difficulties in trying to find an agent.
"I noticed a copyright symbol on the page after your title page. Publishers usually do the copyrighting of the books on their authors' behalf. Did you not know this?" Ms. Lei started chatting with Tayaw. She found Tayaw interesting and wanted to find out more about the young man. Tayaw, meanwhile, was surprised that publishers actually do the copyrighting, but hearing Ms. Lei's positive review of his manuscript, he did not regret copyrighting the fairytales himself.
"I was actually told by a friend, who is also an avid reader, to copyright my work if I'm planning to self-publish. I just don't have the money to publish my book myself." Tayaw replied, making up an imaginary friend.
"Well, a copyright is indeed beneficial. He must have liked your book too, to suggest you to self-publish. I also liked your book, and with its quality and it's immediately digestible originality, there's no telling if someone gets greedy especially the smaller publishing houses." Ms. Lei nodded. She at first scoffed at the copyright symbol in Tayaw's manuscript when she saw it, but when she immersed herself in the stories within, she found that the copyright symbol is indeed a good precaution against people who will have ideas on stealing Tayaw's work.
"Your title page says 'Vol. 1', are you planning to writing more? Or do you already have more stories in stock? " Ms. Lei switched the topic to Tayaw's book. "I do have a few more ideas stuck in my head, I just haven't had the time to write and polish them down." Ms. Lei was surprised at Tayaw's response. The manuscript has around 400 pages, each story having 3 to 5 pages; it means that Tayaw has written at least 30 stories. "You're impressive, young man! You also wrote your book in English. That tells me you're ambitious enough to dream of selling your books internationally. If a publishing firm picks up your book, I suggest you also release a version in our Teungebian language." She was also impressed at Tayaw writing in English. She herself, who loved books and hopped across many jobs in the industry, knew how hard it is translate books into English; much more write books in the language.  
Tayaw, on the other hand, was feeling guiltier and guiltier by each compliment. Yes, he can write well in English, but he knew himself he was not creative enough to write these stories by himself. But what can he do? The only use he can see for the literary works given to him is to publish them and share them to his world. It's not like he's stealing someone's work, right? Those works were given to him.
If it was before, he was afraid of the consequences and maybe even divine punishment of him publishing the works in his head. Now, however, he is confident that the roulette itself wanted him to publish the books it to him because right after Ms. Lei was done reading just a part of his manuscript, the "View Points" in his vision, which stayed at "0" since he it appeared, has changed into "Vision Points : 1". This was no punishment, but a reward. He also want to see how the people, maybe even the whole world, will react at the works he will release in the future, and in the process earn himself a fortune.
"I will, ma'am. I hope to sell internationally as well." Tayaw replied. After a few more minutes of chatting, an employee entered the office. "Well, look at the time, I should get going. I'm sorry for taking up your time. My work also starts in an hour at my job in Cioni." Tayaw, feeling like he already spent enough time at the office, looked for an excuse to leave. "Indeed. I was too absorbed reading your manuscript; I took up your time." Ms. Lei said as she didn't know what else to talk about with the young man. Throughout their conversation, the young man never took the lead when she gave him permission to. "It's actually a pleasure, Ms. Lei. I'm also thankful for sparing me the time. As a token, please keep my manuscript. I can make more copies of it. I hope to give you its book version soon." Tayaw said as he bid farewell to Ms. Lei.
Watching Tayaw leave the office, Ms. Lei had a smile on her face. "What an impressive young man." She said to herself as she opened the manuscript once again. She wants to look for a story she can tell her child later in the evening.
Leaving the building where the Writers' Guild was, he was already planning in his head how he would write the e-mails to the list of agents he received from Ms. Lei. While in the train, he checked his phone if he received any e-mails from agents who saw his postings on the job websites he made in the morning. Seeing no e-mails, he took out the list of agents and copied their e-mail addresses to his phone.
Aside from their names, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses, there are no further information about them, so he really had no idea how to pitch himself to each agent. He also cannot gather any more information after he looked them up in the internet with his phone. He can only work with what he has, so to pass the time in the train, he started writing and re-writing his pitch of himself to send to the agents.

Grimm's Fairy Tales of 95,000 words, is a compilation of 50 of my original fairy tales that defies the convention established by our predecessors when it comes to what fairy tales should be. With some of the tales' hidden social commentary for our world, it can also give our children a closer to life sense of reality and how the world works earlier and will prevent them from carrying idealistic principles and unrealistic dreams into adulthood.
Since time immemorial, we heard and saw stories that taught us lessons and gave color to our childhood, and helped reshaped us into the people we grew up to be. I myself can retell from memory some of the stories that my parents and teachers told me as a child. However, as I grew into a young lad and revisited the stories I have been told, it came to me that the tales we grew up with are nothing short of being too fantastical and too simple to pass on to the next generation.
I am currently about to enter as a freshman to Ouigab City's Northwestern university, but I have been writing and polishing the tales I have in my work for five years now. I hope that my skepticism of our currently established fairy tales along with my enthusiasm to change them shows through my stories' settings for you to see.
The first three short stories included in my work are enclosed to this letter, while the completed manuscript is available upon request. Ms. Nelly C. Lei of the Ouigab City's Writers' Guild of Teungeb office also spoke greatly of your experience in the industry.

She eventually becomes engrossed in the DC ,marvel and worlds and becomes a DC fan.But it this peace didn't last long before her whereabouts were discovered ,the  childlike  voice of her A.I Boze rings out, "A breach has been detected, 50 intruders 49 heavily armed ,initiating self defence systems".

Jade was really pissed at their disturbance as she ordered in her cold otherworldly voice,"Publish all evidence of illegal transactions and corruption previously collected from all over the world".

"Yes master,task completion 10%..25%....69%.....100%.task has been completed ".  

Her cold eyes settle on the surveillance footage as she watch the defence system dwindling the number of the intruders as  grew closer and closer eventually only two  remained,Jades eyes shift from the man in black armour and settle on the man who he is guarding with silver hair identical to her own ,her lips slightly open to form the word,           "father",suddenly her eyes flash as she ordered ,"Boze initiate the islands self destruct system".

"MAaaster!!!",Boze attempts to stop his master."Boze, don't bother to argue besides it better for me to die and take him down with me than to captured by him again and besides I am tired of running" "."Yes,master ,self-destruct sequence initiated, the in 10..9...5.....2..1".

The last thing she saw were her father's cold blue eyes as he knocked down the door before everything went dark.

"Annie! Is nice to see you. You look even better than the last time we met" A middle aged guy greeted my mother once we entered his office.  

"Oh Clark stop with your lies" My mother replied playfully. It was clear that the both of them were friends, or in really good terms at the very least. 

"And you must be the young genius I been hearing about... Mister Sam Bane" He said amicably, and then he offered me his hand to shake "I'm Clarke Cook, it's a pleasure to meet you" 

"Good day to you sir" I shook his hand firmly. Or with the most strength my seven year old self could muster. 

After the short interaction, I finally could relax a bit. For some reason, ever since yesterday night I was really nervous about this reunion. I guess that I really wanted for it to work out. 

"Take a sit please" He said after a while, with a never ending smile on his face. 

His office was a mess. I could tell that he worked hard, if the multiple papers all over his desk, and the big bags under his eyes were any indication. Still, it didn't gave much confidence on his organizational skills. 

"Thanks Clark" My mother replied. And before I could notice the mood changed. It was like the both of them went from normal mode to business mode, in just second. 

Before coming here, my mother just told me to let her negotiate in my behalf. And I planned to do exactly that, especially now with the professional aura she inspires. 

"Well, let's start with the book composition first" said Clark, "Annie, like you already know, I like the three stories you've sent me last week. They appeal to a younger demographic, which is  a group that is gaining traction lately. Although I have to say that these stories are too short to be released as books on their own. So, I propose to compile them. I think five stories could make a good sized book" 

It was reasonable. My stories were a little too short. I could've done them longer, but I wanted to keep them simple, considering that the target readers would be mostly kids. 

"That's a good idea. Although I think that the stories should have a common theme between them. For example, a book collection could be about princesses. Sam here has written about ten stories about princesses, so it shouldn't be a problem, right Sam?" My mother said, and tactfully helped me to get into the conversation. 

"Yes, there's no problem with that" I said calmly. Mr. Clark finally looked at me after that. He looked interested with that bit of news. 

"That sounds good to me. I'll need to read the five stories you plan to publish, so we can progress any further... But in an act of good faith of Sam's work, we can talk about the details of the deal we will be making" 

"What do you propose then?" Mother asked. 

He looked at me for a second before concentrating on my mother once again. Then, he brought up a paper he had at the only clear zone of his desktop, and passed it out to my mom. 

The contract I assume. I planned to read it on my own when my mother finishes it, but I couldn't help to look at her to see if I could get any information from her face expressions. Which ended up being a pointless endeavor. 

"Ha!" She exclaimed "I see your intentions Clark. If this is how it will be, let's stop here. We'll take our leave" My mother finally said. And then stood up from her seat and walked to the exit. 

I could only guess what unreasonable things were written on there. So for now I just followed her up. Although for some reason I felt that this wasn't the end of the discussion. 

"Wait!" Clark finally said, "I admit the contract may be a little unfair, but we can discuss it, no need to go away just like that" 

My mother turned back with a smirk on her face, "I'm surprised, I've heard a little about your situation Clark. But now with you flinching so quick, I'm wondering of how bad it really is" 

To my surprise it seems that we were not in the losing end of the negotiations to begin with. My mother really played him hard. Clark's face said all I wanted to know. He was mad, but he still stayed quiet about it. 

"Yeah, it's true. We are in need of a success, and that's the principal reason to even consider to publish a kid's book, besides the publicity within itself that it could generate" He admitted. 

"I've heard that all the upcoming writers choose to go with other companies, after all you've had a bad record in the last five years" My mother added while the both of us took a seat once again. 

"You really did your research, huh?" he said with a defeated look. "... I wanted to start my own comic book company, but at the end all the good artists preferred to go with either 'power comics' or 'marvelous', and before I realized, the book company I had spent so many years to build up, was on his way to bankruptcy" 

It was kind of a sad story, but also an amazing opportunity. If I played my cards right, maybe making my own comics wasn't impossible for me in the near future. 

"So, in your times of need you thought on cheating your good friend of so many years" Mother said while making 'tsk' noises, pointing the bad deed Clark has made, "Sam is young, so there will be no problem if he waits a couple of years to get published... So now I wonder, what deal could you offer us, so we can even consider making a deal with you" 

Clark clenched his jaw at that, and had a serious expression on his face. He kept quiet though, it seemed that he was seriously considering the matter. 

"What do you want?" He finally asked. 

"Twenty percent, and the rights will belong to him completely" Mother demanded. 

That was a extremely good deal, especially for a newcomer like me, asking for that much was out of my expectations.

"That's... acceptable. But Sam will have to publish at least four books with us" He countered. 

"Are you joking? Two is the most we are going to concede" Mother said with displeasure. 

That was something we had talked about before. If I was successful enough, I could go with a bigger publishing company in the future. And my mother had a high faith on my success for some reason. 

Now there was a clear disagreement between them. I honestly couldn't care less if I had to write four books for this company, with the new deal offered I would have no complaints. But I knew what I wanted. 

"How about I do publish four books, but you'll have to publish a comicbook of mine... With the same conditions as the one with the books" I interrupted them. 

The both of them stared at me with surprised faces. "What do you mean?" Clark asked after a while. 

"Well... I have this idea for a comic, and I felt compelled to do it after I heard that you own a comic company" I explained. 

"Are you talking about the one you've made with Hanna?" Mother asked me with a worried face. It was clear that she thought that it wasn't that great. 

It wasn't a bad comic per se, but I do agree that it isn't the kind of comic that sells well with the masses, nor profesional enough to be a comic on his own. But I'm aware which comics are the best sellers at this era, compared to my old reality.   

"No" I said, before Clark could have asked about it, "I have an idea for a superhero comic, but I don't have the talent to draw. So I thought it was a good compromise that if my books are successful enough, Mister Clark will hire an artist to draw my comic, and then he'll publish it" 

"That's interesting. What do you think Clark?" Mother asked with a simple smile on her face.  

This wasn't something we had discussed before, so I was relieved that she just went along with the idea. 

Clark just sighed and nodded with a smile of his own. Even if he tried to hide it, I could see that he was happy about the deal. In the end, he wanted both of his companies to succeed, and now there was a chance for it to be possible.

Samuel Bane, a guy who was just a normal 23 year old in another life, was living in a new world with his memory intact. 

The new world is almost exactly the same as the one he lived before, except that the period of time was similar to the mid 80's that he knew by the movies and tv shows he watched.

This story will focus on how Sam enters the entertainment business. Getting his works published and meeting new people on his way towards an unheard level of success. 

The concept of the story has inspiration in "I'm really a super star", but it's nothing alike.
