What followed was a few years of an untrusting relationship, were Kain was forced to join the military and subsequently becoming a mercenary. With Kain's final mission coming to an end, the only thing Kain wanted was to live a better life, a normal life. Given a second opportunity at life, Kain is enrolled at university with the hope of living the normal life he never got. But life turns out to be everything but normal, as Kain gets entangled with the life of people that would become closer to him than family, and a game that would change his life forever.
