Synopsis

Fate is weird. Of all the people in the world, why would it select me to send to a different world? And what is it trying to do? Put up a show by giving me a system? But oh well, what do I care. The previous owner of this body was a cripple and looked down on, but now I can slap their faces with my system. Young masters? Get out of my way! Princes? Geniuses? Oh please. I have a system. That does not mean anything to me. I know that I am not the greatest. But fate gave me a cheat system, and I am not wasting it. I am going to do whatever it takes to conquer this world. Fate forced me to do this. It isn’t my fault if I cause some ruin on the way. Note - In the few months that this has been up, I noticed that many readers complain that the MC is stupid and dumb. That is how he is at the beginning. He is skeptical. He does not believe that he is reincarnated. But as the story progresses, you can see that he develops and adapts. I hope that you can get till there. He's set to one day take over the kingdom when the symbol of his kingdom's powers, the Kingstone, is stolen. Before he learns this, he goes on a trip to the neighboring kingdom of Salila, where he follows a fleeting glimpse of a girl that he'd seen once before... and disappears. ... Rosy: Warrior princess of the Rose tribe of vampires, as well as the daughter of the king of Noctus, the tyrant ruler of a powerful kingdom that resides in an alternate dimension. Her skills as an assassin and as a thief are second to none. After stabbing him in the back, she offers to help Adrian recover the Kingstone. But who is this girl really, and what is her goal? Can Adrian trust her, despite all she's done? ... After the two escape from the immediate influence of Rosy's father, the Shadowborn King, they join the Resistance, with whom Rosy has a rather complicated relationship. Among expected betrayal, death, and an incredibly powerful enemy, the two learn more about each other. As their pasts and future converge, they help the Resistance gather the remnants of the Demi-Human clans so that the organization will help them find the Kingstone, so that Adrian can use it to get home to Uriah before the Shadowborn King uses its powerful magic properties to launch an invasion of the otherwise helpless kingdom. ... Meanwhile, Adrian's sister Sydney desperately fights her own battle against her father, the King of Uriah, who decides that she will be the next monarch, instead of Adrian. As the chances of her brother finding his way home get slimmer with the passage of time, Sydney's fight begins to seem more and more fruitless. (Daily Updates)

Love the pace of the story and how he explains everything and not just a info dump first chapter. Author really knows how to set the pace of his story.

This is a review after reading 52 chapters of the story. The story is, like the title suggests, a cultivation story with a system. Now, what I like about the story. Pros : 1. The first person narrative that author uses. It’s extremely unique in cultivation novels which are usually done in third person. Refreshing for those that want to try a cultivation novel written in a different way than others. 2. Writing quality is excellent, I mean, there are no glaring flaws. That’s already an up as that’s all you really need. Author is pretty experienced, so this is to be expected. 3. Update stability is great, so that’s another major plus for the story. 4. Although MC has his flaws, what Mc has no flaw? The flaws are there to make us readers symphatize with the Mc and watch him grow. The longer we read, the more we see him fix his flaw and slowly mature into the ’ideal MC’ Cons : 1. MC relies too much on his system. Yes, it’s a system story, and I also get that one should exploit a cheat once they have it, but Mc needs to also learn to be more independent and instead of asking system all types of questions that he probably knows the answer to, ask more thorough ones that we readers don’t already know. Of course not all of the information is useless as there is a lot useful one, but it can be a bit tedious. Perhaps skip all those unecessary words by writing something like, ‘MC for the next hour or so asked MC all sorts of questions. Dumb as some of them were, he wanted to get everything straight, not missing anything out. After all, just a single detail could cost his life.’ Makes the MC look smarter and skips a lot of unecessary information that can be spread throughout the chapters. 2. This is more of a personal preference, but in first person narrative, I feel like the paragraphs are a bit too chunky. Can be cut shorter to be more pleasing to the eyes. (Just my personal preference.) 3. MC can be a bit indecisive at times, but that’s normal, jn fact, this is not even a con, I’m just putting it here in case Author forgets that character development exists. I get that MC is in an unfamiliar world, but CD is very important, don’t forget this. Well, that’s all from me. Although it looks like there are more cons than pros, most of the cons are just my suggestions to author on how he could develop the story for future continuity. Those flaws can easily be fixed and contribute to future of the story. Good story, would recommend.

After writing 150 chapters, I am compelled to write a review. The story is evenly paced in my opinion. Although there have been complaints about the MC and how he 'whines' a lot, I just tried to make his situation more realistic. No one would just accept this sudden change in life. But eventually, he understands his situation. And after that, I am sure that you can also see yourself in the shoes of the MC. After 150 chapters, the story finally changes from the first POV to a third POV. I have been especially careful to make sure that the grammar of the story is not bad, and that the structuring and all the important parts have not been compromised. Now, it is up to you. Do you want to read a story, nay, see yourself in it, feel like you are the MC and that you are going on this wild ride? Then hop on board and let us journey to the end of this world and the one that the MC has gone to.

So after reading 40+ chapters. (Idk how I came this far but I am going to discontinue now, still here's a review of what I found) First of all this is your typical trash chinese novel ok but readable... Grammar and quality is alright, could even say better than average but again full of cliche' like trash child, having a fiance who wanna most likely break the proposal? not confirmed yet, gate guard whose mysterious and more powerful than the clan leader, mysterious dragon pet egg and lastly most cliche that mc isn't the real son of the family and his father was a big shot at a time and now the mc has big shot emimes because of that. So basically, this novel has every fricking cliche you can think of. Most irritating thing is MC's personality...he complaints every 2 dialogues, nah more like whenever he breathes. He's arrogant, foolish, brainless with no what so ever power or knowledge to justify his arrogance or foolishness. So, if you like being irritated or like this type of MC...go for it. Action scenes sucks very much I had to say and for a cultivation novel, its a big put off for me. Pacing is slow too like you can see even after what 40+ chapters...we haven't even seen MC's so called fiance. Characters are very dull, like his supposingly adopted father doesn't shows any affection for thr MC...only yelling and scolding even after he comes out on top of his family's other youngsters. only his mother loves him in his family probably and she isn't even his real mother idk yet (but main put off is that even after so much humiliation and struggle from his peers in his family, MC thinks of paying off the family by bring strong). I think that was all so my final thoughts? try first 5-8 chapters and this novel continues the same vibe so don't think mc will get better or story will progress, if you like that 5-8 chapters then this novel is for you, ty. peace ☮️✌️

I'm not saying this novel is bad or anything. I just wanted to say why do writers love to make the protagonist have to go through the family drama complex? They weren't even his parents, and what made the most sense was that his real parents and family were still on earth, and he was here acknowledging them as new parents to him? Is it so difficult to make a protagonist who doesn't have to be reincarnated into someone else? Why not just make the protagonist transmigrate with the created body he wants? That's why I'm fed up with cultivation novels where the protagonist is reborn as a baby or reincarnated by entering someone else's body! It was clear that he still had his real family and parents on earth, why did he have to admit they were like new parents to him? Maybe if he was an orphan or a lonely person who had no one on earth it would be understandable. Sorry, if I were in the position of the protagonist, I would tell them the truth, I would tell them that I am not their biological child, because their child has died and I am only occupying his body. They probably won't believe what I say or at worst they'll think I killed their biological son and occupied his body. I also have another choice, as long as I occupy their child's body, I will distance myself from them, I will cultivate until I become very strong, then I will create a new body for me to occupy, with that I will return their child's corpse to them. . The point is it doesn't make sense that you have to go through a family drama, because they are complete strangers to you.

Story is good and all, but I really start to hate the Mc…. Currently chapter 10 or so, but if I were the system I would have already killed the Mc and searched for another host.

I've read all the free chapters. The MC is a moron. He whines, complains, and does and says things that made me wish I could reach through my screen and slap him for being a moron. The first 10-15 chapters are hard to read because the MC is a moron. The story does get better as the tory progresses, but after 52 chapters I can count the number of times the MC did or said something I thought was moronic with one hand. If you have any doubt about this review read the book, then read the comments left by other readers.

There is not a lot of world building still(till chapter 40) and the charcters don't feel relatable. Mc is annoyingly stupid at times and it is kinda generic system story without much details

AntiGod_01
AntiGod_01Lv13AntiGod_01

The more the story progresses the more boring it becomes.Till now I do not understand what is the value of the system. It is like some bounty on his head and for months he is not progressing in cultivation. Man, this is supposed to be a system novel.

This story is well written and doesn't really have any grammatical errors which makes for an easy read, however for me this story was just dull and brainless ,all the characters seem to have an IQ of about 50 and the mc is just so mind numbingly stupid it gave me a headache ,the actions of most characters remind me of the trashy Chinese novels full of young master face slapping and a secret mysterious family hiding in the shadows for no apparent reason 😒

Nyxio
NyxioLv4Nyxio

The author needs to go back and fix his early chapters. He promises that MC improves later but it is of no use if a new reader gets too frustrated with Mc's lack of IQ. MC behaves like a retard and rages on the system like a Karen. There is no character development over the 90 days of training and the MC is still the same. He is confused about cultivation and reincarnation but later says that he is familiar with reincarnation novels. After he took a long time to understand stat points(which I will come back to) he is still confused about Skill points. How difficult is it to understand? He also impulsively decides to dump stat points in one stat just to get out. Why is he in a hurry to get out? What if there is danger outside like how the system mentioned? After getting outside he again ranges on the system for not replying to him when the system clearly said that it is updating. This was too stupid for me to continue. Please tell me that he is suffering from a debuff on his IQ due to his young master title because otherwise, his stupidness will be hard to explain. Don't say that he is new to the world and in shock. Shock lasts only for a short time, he should be able to adapt faster as a self-proclaimed nerd, plus it has been 90 days. The main reason I quit is because a reader who has read ahead said in the comments that this character and behaviour of MC persists for many more early chapters.

Shameless author review. This is all going to happen in first person, and a completely new take on this type of novel.

Before reading this novel make sure to turn off your brain (Yes turn it off) MC is 1 of those Stupid Idiotic Moron. MC also mention that he read a cultivation novel before so he should know that leaving the cave he is currently in or anywhere with a weak/low cultivation is courting death. MC keep complaining all the time despite the system helping him. Plot is very bland, generic. I don't mind the plot if the MC is not a brainless like the MC in here. Yes brainless, Brainless to the core so if you get what I mean then dont waste your time reading this novel, it will definetly gives you a frustration and irritation not worth enjoying. 5/5 in writing because it pretty much clear and understandable The only downside of this novel is the MC.

This story is just cliche. That's all that really needs to be said, but I'll go on... Cliche list: MC treated like trash, anything you want and more system, max talent MC, MC has no intelligence (despite what is claimed), MC complains all the time despite not having to work as hard as any other person for his power (was complaining about working for months yet others have worked their entire lives), auction scene (not as cliche as others as he was selling but very cliche), alchemy (anything MC makes with his alchemy is better than what anyone else made and he obviously progresses as much in two months as others do in years), fiance (I don't even need to explain this one), family problems (one of the big families but is the declining one that has been teamed up on by the others). I could go on but you get the point. Not necessarily a bad novel but just one that essentially seems like a list of cliche rather than an original story.
