58 The mysterious voice

"Who the hell are you? Now don't give me the same answer as last time. I need a proper answer. I bought you even though I did not know what you truly are. Are you like a mythical beast? A phoenix, qilin, or something?" I asked.

"It looks like you know a lot about the mythical beasts. But I am not sure what I am myself. I am but a child that has just been born. When I first came into consciousness, all that I know is that you were the one that had some feeling of protecting me, so I formed a contract with you." the voice said.

"You do not know what you are? What kind of answer is that? You are talking like an old man and you call yourself a child that has just been born? Is there any logic to that?" I asked.
