I rise from my Ash

"I walked with no direction in mind. What should I do, I have no one and nothing, my exitance is pointless. I saw a cliff not far ahead, let me just jump and put an end to my miserable life".

"As I run towards the cliff and jumped, closing my eyes and anticipating a sweet death that would put an end to my horrible life, I felt a strong arm wrapped around me, preventing me from falling. Isn't one even allowed to die in peace I asked myself".

"I turned my teary eyes to look at the stranger who just snatched away my peace. But my gaze started to blur, I couldn't make out anything clearly, all I could see was the concerned eyes of the stranger, finally sweet death, I thought".

" When I opened my eyes I expected to see myself in heaven or hell atleast, but not this cruel world. As I looked around I saw the stranger sitting next to me with worried eyes. I could still feel my body, that means I am still alive. I closed my eyes in anger and pain all together".

" Are you all right, how could you think of commiting suicide", the stranger asked me in a deep husky worried voice.

" Why, why did you snatch away my peace, why did you stand between me and my happiness, why" I asked the stranger, I was on the verge of tears.

" Ms Aria, death is not a solution to any pain, it's not the happiness you desire, God gifted you with life, he didn't give you the permission to take it just because things go wrong. You need to fight back, you need to seek happiness and peace, if you end your life like this then you die a coward". The stranger said.

" A coward, what else do you expect me to do, the whole world had witnessed my downfall and humiliation. Am sure they all must be laughing at me and celebrating my downfall" I said as hot tears streamed down my eyes.

" And so what, so what if they are laughing at you, so what if they are celebrating your downfall. Let them laugh, let them celebrate, but if you kill yourself, they would celebrate and laugh even further. You need to fight against the injustice done to you, you need to turn their celebration into mourns and their laughter's into tears". The stranger said.

I felt courage and purpose fill my body." But what should I do, and how should I do it" I asked.

" Your name is Aria Thayer, you can figure anything out, but most importantly now you need to take care of yourself, you are very weak, we would think of everything else later" the stranger said and made for the door.

" But wait, who are you and why are you helping me" I asked.

" Your well wisher" he smiled and walked out.

For the next 1 week I stayed in the room, I had regained my strength and even started plotting my revenge. I hadn't seen my savior again after he left me that day, but now I knew what I truly want is revenge. Everyone that wronged me would have to face the consequences.

Arias story.

Aria was the daughter of Mr Marco Thayer and Mrs Eve Thayer. Her parents were successful business people, owing vast business in different sectors. She was the only daughter, loved and adored.

Her troubles started when she lost her mother in a car accident, the police said it was due to break failure, weather it was an accident or planned nothing could be proven even with their connection and power.

Life became lonely, she only had her dad. But 6 months after her mother's death she found out that her father had another daughter and a mistress. Her father explained that it was an accident and the woman fell pregnant, hence he gave her shelter food and everything she wanted, but didn't want anything to do with her and her daughter.

He loved aria and her mother alot and didn't want Eve to find out he cheated on her even thou not on purpose, that's why he kept it a secret.

The girl was 2 years younger than aria, and her mother was very nice. Aria insisted to her father, that he brings home kaida and her mother and gave them an identity.

Life seemed good. Aria loved kaida so very much as she always dreamt of having a sister, her family was happy and complete. She had a close friend, Thomas who was supportive of her.

In no time, all 3 had grown up into young adults. Aria started managing the company and she and Thomas became a couple. Everything was perfect or so she thought.

Out of the blue her father was involved in an accident and slipped into comma, her engagement with Thomas was fixed, but again things went wrong. After the engagement party, she was intoxicated and lost her purity to a stranger.

She cried to Thomas and he said it was nothing, it wasn't her fault, he encouraged her to forget about whatever happened and concentrate on the wedding as he loves her for her not anything else.

Aria was happy, she thought she was the luckiest woman on earth, she got such a loving and understanding fiance, moreover he was her best friend.

Everything was all set, but her said happiest day turn out to be the most tragic day of her life. Aria was all decked up as a bride, looking beautiful, anticipating a happy and fulfilled married life. Thomas was also looking handsome in his white suit, when it was the time for him to say I do, he sayed he wanted to make an important announcement.

" I want to cancel the wedding as I don't want to be with a whore" he started. Arias mouth dropped but before she could say anything Thomas continued.

" My so called bride sleeps around with men on our engagement day, how can I marry such a woman" He said.

Indecent pictures of aria and the stranger whose face couldn't be seen was displayed in the hall.

" Thomas, what is this, what are you saying, what are you doing, it's our wedding day, and I told you all that happened on the engagement day right, you said there was no problem, then why are you doing this now" aria cried.

" You are a Liar Aria and a low class woman with no ethic or manners" Thomas said

" You never told me anything, if you had told me, do you think I would still agree to marry you. If I had not gotten those pictures i would never believe that you could do such a thing, you just have a beautiful and innocent face but you are just a slut" Thomas said with venom in his tone

" And one more thing, you are no longer the C.E.O of the company, kaida is, you had signed away your shares to her, so get lost I don't want to see your face again" Thomas said.

Aria felt as thou the rug had been snatched from under her foot and she fell unconscious.

She opened her eyes when she felt mud water thrown on her face. She opened her heavy eyes to see Thomas and kaida making out Infront of her.

"Sister you are awake, that's good, I thought you wouldn't open your eyes again after what happened" kaida said with an ugly smile.

" Kaida what are you doing, that too with Thomas" aria asked with painful voice.

" Am doing exactly what you are seeing sister, am making out with Thomas, he is my lover after all", kaida said as Thomas ran smooches down her neck.

"Disgusting" aria said and spat. She was met with a disgusting slap by kaida.

"How dare you betray me when I gave you shelter and identity kaida, I would tell mom and dad all about it, you would be thought such a lesson you would never do wrong again" aria said

Kaida burst out laughing. " How naive of you Aria, do you think mom loves you, do you want to know how your dear mother died. She was killed by my mom, my mom made sure to remove the brakes from her car which led to her accident and death".

" Do you want to know how your beloved father ended up in coma, it was still done by my mom. Your wedding with Thomas was all a plan, because Thomas and I had been seeing eachother long before that. And we were the ones to drug you on the engagement day, took your signatures and sent you to that man and even the pictures we all did it".

" Now look at you, you are in such a miserable condition and the whole world witnessed your humiliation, it was telecast on every tv channel, newspaper and social media, you are now the queen of the internet".

" So I won't kill you, if you decide to live your whole life will be miserable, so I suggest you kill yourself ok sissy" kaida said.

Aria burst out into tears and Thomas and kaida laughed at her, they untied her and she ran off, before leaving she heard thomas say, " darling we deserve to host a party in her downfall, what say" Thomas asked.

Aria ran out crying and thats how she ended up in the cliff where the stranger rescued her.

It's not the time to wallow in pain of the past. Its time to take revenge for all the wrong did to me and my family by those snakes, Aria told herself.
