Portals

These thunder-endowed domes connect the human world to the monster domain known as the Trister Dimension. They appeared suddenly, unleashing terror. Portals either channel monsters directly to Earth or link to infested territories known as Dungeons.

Dungeons

Monster-infested territories linked to the outside world. After Hunters initially tackled the monsters, many fled back into the portals, taking over buildings like malls and offices, transforming them into Dungeons. All entrances of these buildings are replaced by portals.

Hunters

Awakened individuals who stand as humanity's defenders, possessing unique abilities. The hierarchy ranges from F-rank (weakest) to S-rank (Legendary Lords, the strongest). They differ in personality but share a common goal: to protect the powerless.

World Hunter Association (W.H.A)

An international association of Hunters from 195 countries. The headquarters is in Korea, following the Korean S-rank Hunters' aid to China in a formidable battle. Guild Masters worldwide travel to Korea for important meetings.

Guilds

Organized groups of Hunters led by a Guild Master. Hunters must book a dungeon before hunting, and raid earnings are distributed on a fixed percentage. S-rank Hunters (Legendary Lords) can earn over five hundred billion won per hunt.

Raid Income

Post-raid, the maintenance team harvests monster parts, selling them for a significant profit.

Abilities

-Flame Magic: Conjures fire, generating hot auras to defeat adversaries.

- Ice Ability: Molds ice into various forms, including Mind Frost, which disconnects a target's mind from reality.

-Time Manipulation: Allows reversing, freezing, or speeding up time, with limitations on repeated use and duration.

- Venomous Charm: Casts poison, highly effective if used wisely.

- Hardening Ability: Turns the body to metal, preventing damage unless a certain force is applied.

- Ghost Cloning: Creates intangible clones for stealth purposes; dangerous as clones might turn against the user.

- Cloning: Creates genetically identical, time-constrained physical copies.

Dimensions

- Afterlife Dimension: A realm for the dead with past misdeeds, where they work as slaves from Rookie to Veteran levels.

- Trister Dimension: Monster realm with a hierarchy from F-rank to A-rank, and S-rank (Nightmare Monsters).

Monsters

- Nightmare Monsters: S-rank, formidable and invincible.

- Blood Demons: Humans mutated with the Supreme Blood Demon's gene, craving human flesh and growing stronger by consuming blood.

- Nosferatu (Vampires): Immune to sunlight, garlic, and silver, created by fusing the Vampire King's gene. They overpower Hunters and steal Magic Stones.

- Evil Hybrid: Similar to Blood Demons and Nosferatu, created by the Evil Lord.

Magic Stone

A round-shaped stone dwelling in awakened individuals, acting as mana storage.

Blue Planet

Home to humanity's greatest allies, aliens who developed the advanced technology used to awaken abilities, forming the foundation of Hunters.

This novel is heavily inspired by the best of action and fantasy stories, so if you're someone who appreciates intricate worlds, gripping battles, and layered character development, you're in for a ride. 

Are you a fan of Solo Max-level Newbie? Then you'll definitely feel at home here. The Beginning After the End? Demon Slayer? Attack on Titan? Jujutsu Kaisen? Maybe The Gamer or Tower of God? At its heart, this is an action-packed, fantasy-driven novel. But here's the thing: it's not just about the action or magic. If you're someone who enjoys fast-paced stories from start to finish, this might feel a little different — but those moments of emotional depth are what make the stakes feel real. They give meaning to the battles. And speaking of, the world I've built has layers upon layers, but I don't reveal everything right away. There's a lot more beneath the surface than what you'll see in the opening chapters. The Celestials, the Immortal World, the upper and lower blood demons—you haven't known about them yet. It's a vast universe, so hang tight, because there's a lot waiting to unfold. Stick with me, okay? We're in this for the long haul.

My foreshadowing might not be the strongest yet, but I'm confident that by the time you've reached deeper into the story, you'll be hooked.
