The Overlord of Mysteries

I like the start and I like the concept of two high fantasy worlds with different eldritch beings interracting. Like while Momonga was a human, the longer he stayed in the Overlord body, the lower his morals started to drop and with LotM Sequence systems, the higher you go, the more you have to anchor yourself to not lose your humanity. I see great potential in this, hope you keep this fanfic going and deliver us something great.

Really enjoyed it I hope for more in the future, though don't overwork yourself if you are already.

It's just a lot of graphomania. The author clearly enjoys describing things, but not writing story. Feelings that appear out of nowhere, the main character with the eighth-grader syndrome, 80% of the entire text is useless information. Several dozen NPCs with several pages of descriptions and zero story value, the main character who just does things without a purpose... Why? Just to practice your writing? I hope the answer is yes, because if THIS is supposed to be a STORY...

Changing mc's destination is not only fooling him, but also readers. Bruce is just jumping through places with no reason to do anything - plotline is just dead after siege on his guild.

Writing quality: great work by the author he doesnt just do the same spells as shown in overlord, the guy has literally created spells and added lore to them and also shown which boss rewards it is he has done some plot twists that are good still his first time he will grow into it but as for a first time writer good work. Updating stability: my last comment of this fanfic was for him to store up chapters soooooo I can’t say anything I’m just here waiting for a mass release. Story development: great use of Yggdrasil and great character creation in the game from getting his own guild to ensuring he has the number one spot to even the number of floors in his guild is just crazy work author has put in the effort the different floors, the different characters used really something. Character design: what can I say one more the descriptions are good and the designs of the worlds sound great. World background: wonderful he really expounded on new elements of the game Yggdrasil. I really enjoyed the Yggdrasil arc especially the gameplay and how he handled things, really great world background even in the new arcs that the story has progressed through he did his research. Overall good story new writer but he is trying his best and is doing well.

This story is mediocre, neither particularly good nor bad. If I had to pinpoint an issue, it would be the protagonist's personality—it’s honestly terrible. It’s no wonder he got betrayed, or if he didn’t, his insecurities about himself certainly make it seem inevitable. The AI's name being "World" is just ridiculous. If you can’t come up with a good name, just use Google or something generic like that. And asking it to call him "S"? That’s just absurd and makes the protagonist look foolish. Speaking of the protagonist, his personality is completely trash. Why is he in the DC Universe when he should be in the Overlord world? Furthermore, he could use his unlimited money to create something beneficial for the people in world he’s in before leaving, but I get the impression he’s the greedy type who wouldn’t give a single cent because of his insecurities. It’s frustrating to have such an annoying main character.

This is the perfect book it might as be it's own book with how perfect it is. It is the best thing on this app!

Has a pretty good concept, has a lot of potential too. Mc is a LotM nerd, which i love, and has a thing for lore, which directly affects a lot of stuff post-isekai. My main gripe, or only gripe, with this is that the writing is overly complex and long winded at times, making me get tired and skim a lot of parts while feeling that i’m not missing much, but if this gets fixed the fic will be one of the best ongoing fics rn

for one I think you should have added comedy to the tags interesting main character but I'm pretty sure he's insane you might want to add a crack warning or maybe that's just the beginning of the story I don't know what you going to do with it later oh well I found that it's a pretty interesting read

I have high expectations for this fanfic. Rarely have I seen LotM fanfics as most only contain a few chapters. So for my impressions. I can't really state any definitive comment as I have only read 10 chapters but so far it has been interesting. The MC is okay and is kinda likable, plot is straightforward, as for side characters I can't really say much as I'm still 10 chapters in and his interactions with others are rare. No glaring grammar and spelling flaws. The word count is also long which makes every chapter a worthwhile read. Overall, a satisfying and interesting read so far, really hoping that this continues and shape into a more interesting story as I can see so much potential. Kudos to the author, you are doing well and I really hope that this story will last for a long time. 9.6/10 for me as of chapter 10 tldr: Pros: >MC is not an idiot at least >Has LotM elements >Word count per chapter is long >No Glaring Grammar and Spelling mistakes >Straightforward Plot Cons: >Due to the Straightforward Plot established in the premise it can get predictable but predictable plot doesn't always mean bad execution. As long as the author executes the plot well and introduces characters and worlds with depth it should be fine.

A great Fanfic, don't drop it. It is recommended to anyone who likes Overlord, Fate and Lord of the Mysteries. At least that's what the author implies but so far the story progression is good and the pacing is fine. Upto chapter 3, the MC has arrived at the Overlord universe to the Earth of the 22nd century. He still has a year before the game's release, I hope you write a few chapters or an arc just about the game, while not going into too much detail but just the overview. Upload an auxiliary chapter, about his character sheet and other powers of Mc. Also, upload any special weapon he is going to create or use in it, and if possible with the layout of the guild he is going to build or join.
