Issei's actions, particularly when he forcefully kisses soma, are problematic and resemble a form of assault. This significantly affects the rating. (3 stars) Character Design: Initially, I liked the main character, but his forced kiss on Sona is unacceptable to me, and he comes across as excessively edgy. (2 stars) World Background: The world background lacks sufficient details, which somewhat affects the rating. (3 stars) Updating: The fact that the story is free to read is a positive aspect. (5 stars) Evaluation: The story starts off promisingly, but the main character's behavior becomes increasingly ignorant and arrogant, relying solely on his overpowered system/powers. His brief redemption arc is short-lived, as he quickly reverts to his worst personality traits. Personally, I found this unappealing and chose to discontinue reading. Hmm, so what the point making it's so close to original one? I mean, people could read original and find out that it's written better and actually smarter then this low-budget remake. So why would this exist? More girls? With him being even more reserved then original issei? What the point? Is this some meta joke or something? Don't know, see for yourself.

This is so trashy I read up to ch 54 the guy is contradictory hypocrite who changes issei time and time for his fe-tishes he a be-ta and {m} and it's funny how trash his brain is dragon arre prideful issei likes big bo obs like you said whining you lead him to self improve not changing him completely so why is he giving his v to sona? Seriously take your trash ear pulling Sona fe-tish elsewhere I get you like sona but aren't you being too much? An excellent beginning for Issei in this story. With Gyastu's guidance, alongside the helpful system, mixing with Ddraig's sacred gear......I can see him becoming very powerful, mostly intelligent, and being a better person than he was in the original.

Mc has no brain. There is no logic in the novel. The Mc mentality is garbage. It is a novel written for fun. but without the mc brain it's not much fun to read. hence the low score.

Great AU of DXD.Issei is a Chad.Strong. Smart.Dominant. He is much better then Anime adaptation of Issei. This Issei in this story is much more closer to novel version.

While it wasn't irredeemable trash, the author butchers various characters and rewrites them in a way that takes away their initial charm. I get that it's a fan-fic and the Author can write what they want, but the mood swings that every character has just sucks. Not to mention, by "redeeming" Issei we lost Grayfia and Venelana. There's also the Kendo girls that throw themselves at Issei and he does nothing, as well as the Fallen Angel maids he captures and forgets for 80 chapters (that's when I dropped, maybe they made a comeback, IDGAF).

First the name of the novel has the redemption and yet this Issei is much worse than the original one. Sona's char are also skewed so bad she looks like a girl desperate for attention from him.

i m very disappointed with this fanfic, cuz at first mc is interacting, hang out dan said he loves sona. i thought mc is going to join sona peerage or at least hang out more with her gangs, but no along the way mc throw away sona, author treats sona as steping stone poor sons and begin to hang out with rias and gangs, it would be more interesting if mc joined sona peerage. nothing changed, same pervert, system seems useless, mc becomes unstable and short tempert pathetic

Im sorry but i must say it .Issei in this story is treated like a usefull tool by everyone. And they see him as walking problem who needs to be watched. They maybe care for him but they show it in very bad and toxic way..

I really liked this story. It is great with Issei new personality. I really liked the blood fusion part to add the devil race to him. you know that it will be exiting if he also became part youkai the 9 tailed fox later becoming the only 10 tailed divine fox as well as marry yasaka and to a ritual to make Kunou his own blood daughter. and also Fallen angle and the heaven angle and unified the 3 factions under his leader ship and found and absorbed the biblical Gods essence fragment and became the new biblical and Dragon and devil as well as the youkai God. And exposed the supernatural side to the normal humans and make the world to co-exist with each other but this is just the rambling of a small kid you you can ignore me but i will love if this happened. And why not do a Naruto after this in which all the tale bests including the artificial zero tails and the two ten tails are females and Naruto as the story progresses becomes all of their Jinchuriki and the one with Kaguya well change it that only the tailed beast 99.9 present chakra is acquired for her complete revival and the 9 Biju can recover their powers slowly. and unifies the elemental nations and make the land of snow his capital city.
