My experience of losing weight was both painful and interesting. Before I started to lose weight, I was a very fat person. I was 160 cm tall and weighed 70 kg. I've tried all kinds of weight loss methods, but none of them worked. Later on, I learned how to lose weight and started to exercise. I started to eat only a boiled egg and a glass of milk every morning. I ate a vegetable salad at noon and only drank a glass of yogurt at night. I also started doing some cardio and strength training like jogging, swimming, and weightlifting. These exercises not only helped me lose weight but also improved my physical fitness. However, losing weight was not an easy task. I often feel hungry and thirsty, and sometimes I even feel tired. But I never gave up. In the process of losing weight, I met a lot of like-minded friends, and we worked hard to encourage each other. In the end, I successfully lost 50 kilograms and reached a satisfactory weight. Losing weight wasn't just a physical change. It also affected one's mental state. I started to become more confident and active, and I started to focus on a healthy lifestyle.
