uses bounty as a measurement of power which isn't how OP works, also their devil fruit doesn't work like a devil fruit works. its more of a plot device to not make them op right away while giving them the strongest fruit they can think of. otherwise its good but those points ruined it for me.

LIKENo, it isn't the bounty system is used for threats toward the world government you don't have to be strong, for example, Nico Robin got a 79,000,000 million bounty because of the threat her knowledge poses.
TheDaoSon:What are you talking about? That's exactly what the bounty system is used for the higher the bounty, the bigger the threat, and the stronger they are.
It looks like you don't understand. A bigger threat does not only pertain to strength. It also means a person contains something extremely dangerous, i.e., Robins ability to read the poneglyph. so no
DaoistcBAt6L:so you're telling me Robin when they first met her is stronger than Crocodile
bruh, you contradict your own argument., you said "the higher the bounty, the bigger the threat, the stronger they are" bigger threat? yeah, i agree with that. stronger they are? ... hmm. see where's your statement's problem is?

the higher the bounty normally means they have a strong devil fruit or in a majority of cases how malicious their crimes are. using bounty as a point to judge strength is wrong because nost of the time its made higher for weaker ppl that do worse stuff

agreed, because we already have example ; Nico Robin, she got whooping 79 mil belli just because she knows how to read poneglyph and being the last descendant of ohara, even though she's still a child. she doesn't even have power to level a city, yet she have that much bounty.

You're assuming I only meant power when I was only commenting on the original comment. When someone else said, "So Robin is stronger than crocodile in alabasta," To which I corrected him

dude, the one's who said "so robin is stronger than crocodile in alabasta" was merely pointing at statement you said in the first comment, which is "the higher the bounty, the bigger the threat, the STRONGER they are". (and this statement is wrong ofc). which is later, contradict your own comments saying something like "...Robin possessed knowledge to read poneglyph, and that's why she have such a high bounty despite she's still a child". see now?
I think he means 'threat' in terms of combat power, not because you know something 'extremely dangerous' that is only dangerous to the W.G. But the bounty system isn't that of a reliable indicator of a person's strength anyway. It mostly about the level of annoyance you are to the W.G. Sure, a high bounty means 80% of the time that the person is powerful, but there are some individuals that are strong but have a low bounty. Like Boa Hancock (80 million) or Urouge, the Mad Monk (108 million). Some people have more bounty because they cause more damage (kill civilians, etc) others have power but low bounty because they aren't as famous, or keep a low profile - or they are less fleshy than Luffy, who tells the entire world what he is up to.

you said the bigger the threat, the stronger they are. now you said a bigger threat doesnt only relate to strength. make up your mind lol
