Consulting The Crazy, Raggedy Kider Loner 1

Two, elongated deadly pillars inscribed with raw, horrible images of faces that appeared to be in antagonistic pain stood as tall as they were built, in the entrance of a demonic vault.

At the entry of this disastrously looking building, stood two, tall, terrifyingly stunning Weres as though their hearts were contemplating on whether to enter the shambled abode or return to wherever they came from.

After Xavier and Tashina's definitely not amusing conversation ended, Talon, with his raging heart ran down the Borders Mountain as he normally do whenever he is feeling conflicted.

And as he was storming up and down the crystal, snowy mountain, he got a sudden call from someone which he couldn't just ignore though he was eager to do so.

"Xavier, you need to come to the castle immediately!" the urgent voice of Ren rang through his mind and his lips were about to curse but his heart held him back.

"What is it?!" asked Xavier as he tried to compose himself.

"I found Kider Loner" As soon as he heard the statement, he quickly ordered Talon to turn back and head towards the castle and Talon, being the loyal wolf he is, didn't hesitate to obey.

Upon the arrival to the outer chamber of the castle which was placed at the outer part of the castle for privacy of any royalty, The alpha changed into a fresh set of clothes, consisting of black jeans, with a grey shirt topped off with a simple denim jacket, as quickly as he could.

His impatient body ran down the hall and stepped into a room which he found his cousin, Ren, sitting on a table while his blonde head was buried deeply into a paper.

The room should be the simplest room in the palace because it wasn't used frequently. It consists of a small twin bed with a wooden drawer next to it. The bathroom was located at the right corner of the room and few more accessories to add to its vibrancy.

"Greetings, Alpha" Ren, who was in his usual Beta military uniform which was a red army jacket with golden stars on his shoulders and matching pants, bowed to his cousin.

"Greetings. Where is he located?" he wasted no time in asking.

"For the past few days, the research team and I have been on the track of the infamous Loner. Known to be a vagabond, Kider Loner have been to thousands of cities in the past decade so finding him proved to be a nearly impossible task" Xavier moved over to the table in which several documents and papers, leading to Kider's location were sprawled.

"But when we were about giving up. Viola, we found a clue leading to him. Kider has been famous for leaving a great impact on people who saw him for the first and he indeed left quite an impact on Little Mrs Kentucker who ran to the homeless residence, screaming and rolling on the ground that she has been attacked by a mad man" Ren paused to look at Xavier's undetectable expression before he continued.

"The team brought Mrs Kentucker to the office so she could be investigated on what actually happened with the supposed mad man and after series of cajoling and negotiating, she imbibed in us that the mad man claimed he saw her future, that she was to witness something terrifying and if she tells anyone what she saw, she would bring destined lovers together but if she told no one, an incurable disease would engulf her and she wouldn't survive its clutches"

"Back to the matter in hand, the man she was talking about, said something that she imprinted in her mind. It was none other than 'Hakuna Matata', meaning no worries, a Swahili phrase mainly used in East Africa where Kider originated from and it's recorded to be one of the famous lines of Kider" Ren used his index finger to point at the spot East Africa was located in the map.

"That could only mean that Kider is in North-East" Xavier uttered.

"Exactly!!" Ren punched Xavier on the shoulder as a sign of exclamation but awkwardly scratched his head when his cousin gave him the death glare.

"The team and I pulled a few nighters till we could find anything on Kider. And with our efforts not being in vain, we found the location of the most infamous vagabond in the werewolves' realm right here" Ren pointed at a spot in the map while looking deep into his cousin's eyes.

"At the prostitution headquarters?" Xavier frowned.

"What! My bad, I meant here" Ren finally pointed at the correct location and Xavier crossed his arms while staring down.

"What are you waiting for? Let's go get him!" Ren urged.

"What if I didn't like what he says? Or what if I will have to let her go? What do I do then?" Ren stilled at his cousin's hesitant voice and reluctant eyes.

When Ren proposed they should see Kider, Xavier was all for it because at that time, he believed it was the only solution to finding out the truth behind the abnormal bond between him and his vampire.

But after the argument he had with her, the thought of her leaving him hurt more than anything. He hated the way she thought of leaving him without hesitation, he hated the way she called a disgusting beast but most of all, he hated the look of fear in her eyes when she saw his wolf.

It made him feel like a monster, a horrid scavenger, a beast as she referred, it made him feel useless and stupid that despite the love and care he showed towards her, she still saw him as nothing but a werewolf, a vampire's enemy.

But the unseemly question still flickered into his head, if she saw who the North-Eastern Alpha was, would she still get rid of him like she planned, to prove her worth to the throne or...?

His heart deeply ached for it to be the latter.

"What are you saying, bro? Kider is the only solution to this problem" Ren encouraged his brother.

"Problem?" The dark chuckles of his brother scared Ren a bit.

"You call this a problem? It's not a problem, she's not a problem. She's my life" Tears build up in his blue eyes and he squeezed his eyes in pain.

"Then let's go save your life and please stop this sappy shit, it doesn't suit you at all" Ren snickered and walked out of the room.

'Please don't leave me, my little spark' Through the mindlink connection, he pleaded to her before he shut off his mind completely and went out of the room.
