Superior Slytherin

The writing is REALLY poor. Tons of telling and not showing. It reads like diary rather than a book. The character design seemed interesting enough at the beginning but nothing is used. Even though the MC has a "tragic" backstory that would fundamentally change how a person view society and relationships, none of it seems to change his Morally Good type of alignment (essentially the MC is a Gary Stu to the nth degree). The background is interesting enough to grant a try, but author, you need to rewrite most of this. Dialogue and characterization is key to writing a story. We had very little of both.

This story was written by a mentally ill person whose parents are probably divorced. "I am surround by BAD BAD PEOPLE!" and "Hi Harry, I also hate my brother and family, aren't I cool? hey lets be friends!" sums up everything you need to know about this story.

This fanfic is ok, and I appreciate the effort the author put into it, but it's just standard HP fanfiction fare. Additionally, the writing quality is rather poor. Not only in grammar, but also writing style. The author tends to summarize events rather than telling it as a story. Additionally, the character design is very poor. The MC, despite experiencing rather harrowing events in his past life, is as naïve as an actual child the age of the body he's inhabiting. He also doesn't take much advantage of his foreknowledge. Honestly it would've been more coherent if the author just wrote him as an OC rather than a reincarnated individual.. ..Oh yeah, also, this is an AU. I don't think that was mentioned in the tags

Actually insanely good, explores the intricacies of magic, has a Harry Potter who turns out to be sensible in when he's in better company, the MC turns the world upside down in the most exciting ways possible and isn't afraid to mess up plot order AT ALL. 10/10 book.

read up to chapter 31at the time of this review, so far I really like this fic! I think it had a few weird things with how mc becomes friends with harry, but other that that I like were it's gone so far and can't wait to read more!!!

The novel is quite good, it portrays some characters in a bit of Au way, but it is interesting to see them interact with MC. The MC himself is also really good, actually being like Slytherin and acting like one would be, just without the pureblood propaganda. Overall, a great novel, please don't drop. author
