Chapter 5

Three years later

The day Ian had been eagerly waiting for finally arrived. For ten years, he had been waiting to get his hands on the Omnitrix. During those three years, Ian had been working out intensely, but his progress slowed down as he grew stronger.

After his intense training became ineffective, Ian started using Zenkai boosts to further strengthen himself. He threw himself off a very steep cliff continuously, but due to his strong body construction, it soon became ineffective. He then used large boulders as big as a three-story building to crush himself, but it also soon became ineffective due to his healing factor.

Thanks to his Saiyan physique with a healing factor, except for suffocation or incineration there was no risk of losing his life, due to this he could abuse Zenkai as much as he wanted with no risk to his life whatsoever. However, the stronger he grew, the less damage could be inflicted on him, considering he was already as tough as steel due to being a Saiyan and his training.

Now, he needed technology to inflict wounds on himself, like laser guns or rail guns, as it did to Goku when he lowered his guard. Human guns wouldn't be effective against him right now, as Ian was as strong as 358 average adult humans, considering that in Dragon Ball Z Kai, a farmer had a power level of 5.5, and thus an average human could be assumed to have a power level of 5, as farmers are above average due to their hard work and heavy lifting.Ian's power level had skyrocketed to an estimated 1790, surpassing the average human by leaps and bounds.

As Ian pondered with his thoughts, a meteor could be seen entering Earth's atmosphere. As it struck down toward Earth like a ball of fire, it was clearly visible to the naked eye as it was nighttime. In a couple of seconds, the ball of fire struck the vast grassland, creating a massive crater followed by an explosion.

"It's finally here," Ian exclaimed as he walked toward the crater. He could see the silver orb-like pod inside, just like in the Ben 10 series. Ian jumped down and landed with a thud. The crater was massive, and the force behind it must have been immense. (I should have let it hit me, what a waste,) Ian thought to himself as he approached the orb. It opened, and the Omnitrix inside attached itself to his wrist. His mind was flooded with lots of information, including added features to the Omnitrix, such as:

- Absolute Mind Shield: The wielder is protected from any kind of mind attacks, like mind reading or mind control.

- Absolutely Cosmic Concealer: The wielder is protected from cosmic beings' prying eyes.

- Only I can wield it.

- It can transform into anything I want, depending on the original mass. For example, it can turn into a dagger but not a sword, considering its original mass.

- If it is forcefully removed, it will teleport back to me.

- Cannot be deactivated by outside interference.

As Ian went through the added features, he couldn't help but be surprised by all of them. He was most impressed by the mind shield and cosmic concealer, as he had been troubled in the past years on how to protect himself from these types of attacks. But now, he didn't need to worry anymore. He could finally begin his plans.

As I stood near the crater, I reflected on the past three years of intense training and experimentation with Zenkai boosts, pushing my Saiyan physiology to its limits. My body had become incredibly durable, and even large boulders or steep falls were no longer effective in inflicting damage on me ,i have also mastered Kamehameha during this three years and was now focusing to learn kaioken. I now needed to resort to tech-based methods like laser guns or rail guns to wound myself and trigger Zenkai boosts.

To create the advanced weapons and training equipment I needed, I needed the Omnitrix to transform into Grey Matter, an alien species known for their genius-level intellect.

After using the Omnitrix to transform into different aliens and indulging in the excitement of experiencing their powers like a child, I found myself exhausted both physically and mentally. It was a dream come true, fulfilling my childhood fantasies of becoming various extraterrestrial beings. However, the exhilaration had taken its toll, and I decided it was time to head back home and get some much-needed rest, as it was already late at night.
