This method was widely regarded as the fastest way to grasp the nuances of Haki.

The stones hurled by Page were incredibly swift and made a whistling sound as they flew, capable of embedding themselves into walls. If one of these formidable stones struck an ordinary person, it would likely result in a serious injury. However, when they struck Sebastian, it felt as though he was merely being scratched.

Page couldn't help but express his amazement, "Do you really need to train in Observation Haki? I don't think anyone can harm you."

Sebastian responded, "No, there are still people in this world who can harm me." He was well aware of the vastness of the world and knew that formidable individuals like the Sea Emperors, Marine Admirals, and Ming Army leaders possessed the power to breach his defenses. While his steel skin was robust, it wasn't invulnerable. Sebastian hoped that as he continued to grow in strength, he would eventually reach a point where he could become immune to such attacks, especially after developing his Black Winged Demon Fruit to an extraordinary level. However, until then, he needed to acquire knowledge and enhance his Haki.

Observation Haki allowed its user to sense and predict attacks, perceive an opponent's movements and emotions, and even anticipate the future when it reached an advanced level. Characters like Katakuri and Kaido had displayed the ability to foresee future events. Sebastian recognized that Armament Haki and Observation Haki were crucial and complementary. By mastering both at an advanced level, he could establish a solid foothold in the New World and become a formidable player.

Stones whizzed through the air, aimed at Sebastian from all directions. He managed to dodge each one, moving swiftly to avoid the incoming projectiles.

Page was astounded, "Are you already getting the hang of it? It's been just a couple of hours!"

Sebastian replied, "Not yet. I'm close, just a little bit closer. Observation Haki is right within reach."

Ulti watched silently as the two practiced, her level of astonishment was on par with Page's, but she had already prepared herself for this outcome. Given Sebastian's extraordinary talent in Armament Haki, she expected his abilities in Observation Haki to be similarly impressive. His natural aptitude was akin to a born Haki practitioner, reminiscent of figures like Garp, who excelled in Armament Haki but was also proficient in Knowledge Haki.

"This talent is practically tailor-made for Haki practice—a natural Haki prodigy!" Ulti marveled.

Inside the Marshal's office, Sengoku casually tossed a seemingly unimportant document onto the floor, where a sheep named Aries promptly chewed it up and swallowed it.

"Natural Disaster, who in the world could earn the title of 'Natural Disaster' from Kaido," Sengoku muttered while rubbing his temples.

Earlier that morning, a covert contact from within the Beasts Pirates had sent him a message. There were suspicions of a powerful individual joining the Hundred Beasts crew, referred to as the "Natural Disaster." Not many renowned strong figures were active in the seas at the moment.

The most potent force below the Sea Emperors was the Red-Haired Shanks, and Sengoku was concerned. "I hope it's not Shanks. If the Red-Haired Pirates align with the Beasts Pirates, the New World will be in for another upheaval."

With the addition of the Red-Haired Pirates, the Hundred Beasts crew's power would surpass even that of Whitebeard and Big Mom. A war would be all but inevitable.

Boom!

"Sengoku! Do you have any sweets here?" The door was flung open by a boisterous Garp, who paid no mind to the irate Sengoku as he rummaged for senbei.

Sengoku took a deep breath and shouted, "Garp!"

"Sengoku, why are you shouting so loudly?" Garp found the sweet and settled into a chair, savoring the snack.

Sengoku pounded the table, his frustration evident. "Garp! The Beasts Pirates have another powerful individual—bearing the title 'Scourge.'"

Garp's expression swiftly grew grave. "Is this information reliable?"

"It's absolutely credible."

"If Kaido dares to stir up trouble, I'll personally send him packing!" Garp declared, rubbing his fists.

During moments of inebriation, Kaido occasionally wreaked havoc on Marine Bases and even Naval Headquarters. Since Marine couldn't kill Kaido, they could only manage to beat him back.

"The Beasts Pirates are already formidable, and with this reinforcement, I'm worried that Kaido might launch an assault, targeting the G1 Base."

"G1 Base is under Akainu's watch, so it should be well-defended. If Kaido truly decides to wage war, we'll have Kizaru provide support initially, and I can intervene at any moment. With two Admirals and myself, we should have enough to repel Kaido," Garp analyzed.

"Ah~ what turbulent times we live in," Sengoku sighed.
