"Have you gone mad, you want to give our young, fragile daughter away to make some stupid alliance with that useless king William?." Eleanor said running after Richard with a lot of fury in her voice, "Richard I am talking to you." she said as she places her hand on Richard's shoulder and turn him around to face her. "Did you not hear a single word that Eric said; this is the only peaceful way to resolve things" Richard said, "Peaceful?" Eleanor said as she chuckled, "You know you surmount Baron Fall with little effort, look, if things are really as serious as you say, why don't you just seize control of Baron Fall that way there is more assurance that this Alaric of a man never escapes." Eleanor said. "I've already thought of that plan and it will only be put into action if the is no other choice but war, as for now let us try a peaceful approach." Richard said and then continued walking. "But why Florence" Eleanor said and that question brought Richard to a halt, "Why not Matilda, she's old enough and can take care of herself, why not her." Eleanor said with a very sad tone. "No, Matilda is too useful for us, she helps in eradicating the monsters in the North, and just as Eric said, if things go sideways, we'll need her with us." Richard said. "So Florence is useless to us than, is that what you're saying, just because she's probably like the only person in the Marian family history to be scared of monsters, is that why you want to" Eleanor said and was interrupted by Richard before she could finish what she was saying. "I never said she was useless and I have and will never judge or hate her because of her fear for monsters" Richard said. "Then do me a favor, ask her she wants, we barely heard her voice during that meeting, and promise me whatever she says you will agree to it" Eleanor said and walked away from Richard.

Matilda and Florence are in a room with the same black iron walls as the castle, Florence was sitting on a bed with an iron frame and at the top of the head rest of the bed was the a small iron figurine of a dean wolf holding a flaming sword, she was stroking the head of her dean wolf, Joan, who was lying its head on Florence's lap. Matilda on the other hand was pacing round the room. "I think something is wrong with father, I mean something has to be wrong with him, he has never been this unreasonable before, and all of a sudden he's arranging and alliance and wants to get you married" Matilda says as she points towards Florence, "And now he talks about a man who almost ended the world, I mean I'm not a book lover like Thomas but I've read enough of grandfather's and great grandfather's books and I have never seen a page where they wrote about the end of the world or a man named Alaric" Matilda said as she began to pace the room more furiously and then takes a seat on the bed. "This just doesn't make any sense, why won't he just explain it to us." Matilda said as she put her head in her, not long after that there is a knock on the door. "Florence please up the door, I need to speak to you, it is important." the voice from behind the door said, it was Richard's voice. Matilda and Florence looked at each other for a short while and then Florence stood up and opened the door for Richard. As Richard walked in Matilda went out without even looking at her father and shut the door behind him. "Yes father" Florence said and she seats down on her bed. "First of all I will like to say I'm sorry, I never came to you to ask you about this marriage, but now I want to make it up to you" Richard said and he takes a seat on the bed, "Do you want to marry Prince Damian Thyroid, son of William Thyroid?" Richard asked in a calm voice, and immediately Florence said "Yes" which leaves Richard in shock. "Florence you do know that even if you say know I will not object and I am very sorry for mentioning your name in the first place" Richard said. "Father I'm okay with marrying anyone you ask to as long as it's for the good of the kingdom, I'm okay with it truly" Florence said with a little smile on her face. Richard took a good look at Florence for a while and then held her hand and said "Look, I know you may thing that I don't love you as much as I love your other siblings but that is not true". "Father I know it's not true and I would never think such" Florence said and was immediately interrupted by Richard when he said "I know I know, but I just wanted you to that you not being able to face the monsters has never changed the love I have for you and I will always do what is best for you and that is why I will ask you again, do you want to marry Damian thyroid", Florence is filled with emotions with the words her father said to her, her eyes began to tear up. "Father I do" Florence said almost crying. Richard nods his and stands up to leave, "Start packing your things, we'll be leaving very soon" Richard says as he opens the door leaves the room. Outside of Florence's room, there are two pillars in front of her door and then a long hallway. Matilda was leaning on the door outside the room, listening to what her sister and her father were saying, immediately Richard opens the door and comes out of the room Matilda swiftly turns to the other side of the pillar where he couldn't see her, Richards down the hallway and Matilda comes out from the pillar and walks the opposite direction.

Oliver and Edith were in a room where they were seated on table with book in front of them and they were holding feathers and by their sides was a bottle of ink. Sir Eric was in front pointing with a long stick to a map that was titled SOUTH EAST on the wall of the room. "So as you can in the South East we have the, Baron Fall, now this place is rich in nature, they have rich soil, so they always come out with a bountiful harvest, and they also have very clean water and wonderful seafood, they have gold, rubies and other wonderful gems and stone you can think off in their grounds. Unlike us you don't have monster in our territory, the South- East and many other kingdoms have quite the number of monsters that they can't kill at all, well recently I have been hearing of people actually succeeding in poisoning the monsters but I'm not too sure yet, but anyways, to protect themselves from the monsters, every kingdom has something like a Huge cage covering the entire Kingdom, the material used to make these cages are unknown and completely indestructible and it also repels the monsters, let me show you a drawing." Eric said as he took out a paper and pinned it to the wall, "Here, now look." Eric point to a drawing of what looked like a city being covered by spherical cage with irregular holes. Oliver raised his hand to ask a question and Sir Eric saw that and signaled him to speak. "They seem to have a lot of resources, so how come some of the people who use to leave there call is the worst place ever" Oliver said. "It is not the ordinary prison you are thinking of Edith, it is a magical spell that was he cast on himself to avoid getting killed, now this spell has kept his body alive many years and the instructions on how to set him free are in the castle in Baron Fall" Eric said. "Why would anyone want to set him free in the first place?" Edith asked.
