Ch. 81 - Meeting a certain black-haired Goddess

[I noticed that I haven't really shown how unique Doflamingo's height is supposed to be in the story and I haven't made some characters to react to it. So, starting from Chapter 91, I'll try to make the characters notice and react on his height more often.]

It been a few weeks since Doflamingo conducted a 'test' to the ninjas and ever since that day, the ninjas has been training diligently, and didn't waste any time to train.

Meanwhile, Doflamingo was now back to his office, signing up some few documents concerning the Minecraft.

From the looks of it, the people are enjoying it and even some are already establishing competitions on creative buildings.

Doflamingo thought this was a good idea, so he decided to add an official competition in the next update with rewards on whoever gets into the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. Obviously, 1st place has higher reward, which is $10,000.

This will encourage the players to practice their building skills and to discover their talents in creativity. Not only that, this is also a good promotion as this will be the first time a game will hold a competition with money as a reward.

"I should also probably create a platform where I can publish all my future games, something similar to Steam back in my world. Hmm, perhaps I could also create a live streaming platform where players could stream their gaming activities and earn money along with it." Doflamingo started writing all of his ideas on a small notebook before making a note to himself to give it to Natalya when he got the time.

"Sigh, this is the life." Doflamingo rotated his chair to face his back, which is a huge window that overlooks the entire city.

"I can't believe that I would be able to experience this feeling." Doflamingo muttered to himself as he watched the birds flying across the skies.

"It will take a few more years until Tony starts his career as the Iron Man and by then, I would probably be strong enough to resist some invincible beings in the multiverse." Doflamingo added to himself as he wonders if he will win against being like Odin or his teacher, the Ancient One.

"Speaking of Iron Man. I should probably give Howard's blueprint on Iron Man to Tony so he could become Iron Man much earlier. However, If I did that without Tony learning from his mistakes when he was kidnapped, then he might turn corrupted, so I should probably give it to him after his kidnapping, that way I could assure myself that Tony will embrace his responsibility as a Hero." Doflamingo started talking to himself, specifically about the future of this world.

As he was talking to himself, he didn't notice that his ring, specifically the Ring of Authority started blinking in light.

He only noticed the blinking light when he saw that his entire being was slowly turning into small parts of particles.

Doflamingo's eyes widened in surprise and without hesitation, he immediately yelled.

"Alice, Code Red!" As soon as his words left his mouth, Doflamingo disappeared from his place without any traces left.

Even Alice was unable to respond in time when she heard Doflamingo's call.

Doflamingo opened his eyes grogilly as he tried to stand up but noticed that he was standing in a pile of dirty bones.

"What the?" Doflamingo wondered in surprise as he immediately pushed himself off the ground and looked around on shock.

He saw that he was in a dirty hallway full of unknown grease, skulls and bones.

"What? Did Odin finally change his mind and decided to send a toy to me? Though you looked to tall for a human." Doflamingo heard a very arrogant and domineering voice behind him.

When Doflamingo turned around, he saw a black haired woman sitting on a throne made of skulls, while her eyes glowed in green as she stared at him.

"What is this place?" Doflamingo's first question was about where he is now.

He's in an unknown place with an unknown woman that looks a bit familiar to him, and not to mention, this is the Marvel World, you never know when some random being suddenly decided to eradicate all life in the Multiverse, so Doflamingo tend to be cautious as possible especially considering that he's weak now compared to beings like the Celestials and such.

"A mere human dares to speak without permission?" The black haired lady scoffed angrily as a black and thin sword suddenly conjured from her hand and flew towards Doflamingo in a very fast manner.

If it wasn't for Doflamingo's fast reflexes combined with his observation Haki, he would've been impaled by the unknown sword.

"That was close." Doflamingo sighed in relief as he narrowly dodged the black sword in time.

"Impressive for a human. But that's it." The black haired woman just raised her eyebrow and said before two more black and similar swords appeared and flew away from her hand.

This time, Doflamingo already has his guard up, so he reflexively dodged all the swords and countered with 5 string bullets firing from his fingers.

*Swoosh* x5

Although Doflamingo was expecting something, but he was disappointed to himself when he saw the 5 string bullets being deflected by the woman with just a single swing of her sword.

"Weird, since when did humans became capable of using abilities." The black haired woman said as she stopped attacking and tried analyzing Doflamingo's entire being.

Doflamingo felt like a woman being stared at by a pervert, so he unconsciously covered his chest with his arms as the Black haired woman sneered.

"The audacity!" This time, she conjured 3 daggers and threw it towards Doflamingo. Although it wasn't a sword this time, but it is faster when it flew through the air than her swords before.

"Now that I noticed, you look very familiar." Doflamingo just tilted his body to dodge the daggers as he squinted his eyes at the black haired woman.

When Doflamingo saw the cape from her back, he can't help but remember a certain short statured hairdresser yelling 'No Capes!'.

"You are...Hela?" Doflamingo muttered as he finally realized who is the woman in front of him.

Even though Doflamingo only muttered the words, Hela was strong enough to hear his small words so she said.

"I'm glad Odin didn't erase me from history. But that won't be enough to save himself from death! Now, you go and die first!" Hela said before conjuring a huge axe that could reach into the ceiling.

Even with the Axe's height which made Hela look like an ant in front of it, Hela was strong enough to lift the huge Axe with it and even slashed it towards Doflamingo.

The Axe was too big for him to dodge, not to mention the speed, so Doflamingo only managed to sprout his Kagunes from behind and used them to block the Axe.

And just in case, he coated the Kagunes in Armament Haki before it collided with the Axe.

*Clang!*

*Shik!*

Doflamingo's entire body was thrown back and collided with the walls as the force of the axe was too strong for him to resist.

The Kagunes that he used to block was sliced in half.

'I swear I coated it with Armament Haki!' Doflamingo yelled to himself as he saw his surroundings turning dark.

The huge axe was dawning down upon him, so without hesitation, Doflamingo knew that the Axe is too sharp and strong to resist with just his physical durability, so he coated his entire body with Haki and used magic spell to cast a shield on himself.

*BAM!!*

The entire Axe slammed against himself, smashing the surroundings, making a large clearing and a huge crater on the ground that shook the entire grounds.

"That took a lot of me. He should probably be dead by now." Hela sighed and said as the large axe disappears.

Because she was sealed here without receiving her source of strength, which is the Asgard, she has grown weaker over time and with this fight that happened, Hela was afraid that if her and her prime self were to face each other, she would be beaten without even lasting a second.

This just shows how strong her prime self is and how weak she is now.

*Boom!*

"Cough...Cough." Suddenly, the large crater covered din large stones suddenly blasted out and Doflamingo came out with a blood on his mouth.

"Dammit. I almost lost my life there." Doflamingo cursed under his breath as he glared at Hela, which made him release his Conqueror's Haki all over the place.

*Zoom!*

Hela's eyes widened in surprise as she felt a pressure trying to bring her down. However, Conqueror's Haki was made to attack someone's will, which means that it is ineffective in taking Hela down as he will to kill Odin and take back what's her is very strong.

"A human resisting my blows?" Hela muttered in confusion, shrugging the Conqueror's Haki as if it wasn't worth her time. Yes, she could feel her pressure but it's not enough to threaten her, perhaps only slows her down.

*Shing!*

Suddenly, Doflamingo appeared in front of her with his fist coated in Armament Haki.

In Hela's eyes, there seems to be some kind of black purple aura flowing on his blackened arm.

Before Hela could react, Doflamingo already thrusted his fist towards her abdomen, however instead of hitting her abdomen, it stopped a few inches away from her stomach.

'He misse-' Just when Hela was about to wonder whether Doflamingo missed or not, she suddenly felt her guts twisting and destroying her organs from the inside.

"Arrrrghhh!" Hela clenched her her stomach in pain as her healing capabilities kicked in and started healing all the damage caused by Doflamingo.

"As expected from the Goddess of Death, it's hard to give her death." Doflamingo said as his other fist, coated in Armament Haki came flying towards her cheek.

*Boom!*

Without any shred of mercy, Hela was thrown away from the sheer strength of his punch, destroying the grounds along the way.

"Payback time." Doflamingo grinned and cracked his knuckles.
