Drawing cards at Hogwarts

Ok let me be honest here, I have read lots of fanfics here on web novel from good to bad to just outright wish fulfilment fanfics with no regards to story. But this is another level. Honestly if you have anything else to read in our library read that instead of this. But in case you have nothing else to read and you are hardco*re HP fan below are the pros and cons of this novel. Pros: 1. No harem (Or con depending on reader) 2. Mc not op at start 3. No system penalty 4. Does makes you laugh at moments. Cons: 1. Story makes no sense what-so-ever, System reward is said to be something in one chapter but changed in next. Like literally multiple times. 2. Mc can not even reach 2nd year spell proficiency by himself without doing system advancement quest. Like seriously even if he learns everything he still can not use it. It makes the system more of a drag. I mean systems are suppose to help mc not restrict them even from learning most basic knowledge by themselves. 3. Mc just being a child deals with criminals, arm dealers etc. and no one questions it. 4. People like hermione just conveniently ignores the topics were mc's secrets are involved. 5. Racism and nationalism is obviously there with all the general racist and nationalist comments you can think of. 6. Talent points in system is just useless as author explains everything in term of skill points and giving analogy like 10 talent is 10 exp per hr. and 5 talent is 5 exp. That is not how talent works it's not 2+2=4 logic. 7. Even if mc gains training memory of a character the skills he receive is still 0/100 points at most basic level. How is that even possible it's like me getting a biologist's memory but still need to start from high school biology. 8. Wizards are shown very weak in this novel to the point that mc with a gun breaks quirrell's protego spell. Wizards here are shown more as an assa*sin where they can only win if they trick their opponent or stay hidden once they come face to face with muggles it's the end.

This IS a Chinese novel being translated so I can't really point fingers but here are some of my doubts: 1) How come everything any nation other than China cooks is garbage? 2) What's with London being fused with Chinese geography 3) How come there are casinos in London that serve a buffet and allow children in? There are laws against that you know. 4) What's with the author's obsession with Hermione? They turned her into a brainless damsel in distress instead of the braniac she was in the canon.

English is not my language, I use this site to help me learn. Despite my poor command of the language I will try to write a review. I read 5 chapters before quitting. The characters do not act with logic. I don't know if there are many casinos in London, but for an 11 year old to walk in so easily is impossible. I even think that the author never went there. Even McGonagall's reaction is unnatural. There are plenty of other details that make me stop and I don't want to list them all here.

the story is good,the character is good,the world background average but the translation is superb I mean it's translate from Chinese to English and many other fanfic got unreadable word sooo yeah this is good thumbups!! smile face emoji!!

you know it's a good fanfic. but the killing point is when the author keeps talking about Hermione's feet and how smooth the skin is, kinda killed any motivation to keep reading. really weirded me out so pass but you do you.

You can definitley tell this was originally chinese written. Apart from the chinese mention which would have been impossible since HP is in britain, there were a lot of confusing paragraphs that spit out walls of text that dont say much. Its like the train of thought is so erratic that it feels like the author has the attention span the size of a fingernail

I will only write about the issues I have. Mc: He has a huge foot fetish so much so that it seems there is more mention of this than any other romance. He is also a huge simp for hermione and almost never says no to her even if he knows it will put her in danger. Story: There are a lot of plot holes like the guild was mentioned probably just to have an excuse for Mc to check out a few things in the world and never mentioned again. It makes no sense for a puppet with a fixed number of spells to be able to become a ruler especially since voldmort did not easily kill the puppet but Mc did despite admitting to being a lot weaker than voldmort. Lastly year 2 is a bit confusing and mc is impulsive so just bear with it it gets better.

I usually don't like translations but this is one of the better ones it has its issues sure but overall it's one of my top picks

It's a great Harry Potter fanfiction!! I love it!!! 😍😍 It have a great storyline/plot and good english/translation (there's a little wrong word, but I still understand what it means).. I like how MC/Tom don't afraid to change the plot.. He also change Hermione to Ravenclaw (I think she's more suit there than in Gryffindor), that mean the Golden Trio is changed too by Neville join Harry and Ron (I think it will be hard for them without Hermione, she's their brains.. Hope nothing bad happen to them).. I like his transformation/boggart ring.. It awesome to copy magical animals he's copy (Three-Headed Dog, Phoenix, Basilisk, Unicorn) and how he got a nerf/minor version of their powers (like he don't have healing tear of phoenix, or it power to teleport with fire) he needs the upgrade from his system to get the stronger power (like Reborn from ash/Nirvana).. I think that four is the most important transformation he must keep and don't change, because it will be more hard to meet and copy them again if delete/lose they copy slot.. I hate by how he become Lockhart in his 2nd years (although he's a great teacher), it's a dumb move for me 😁😂.. Although it has a plus (he's got Lockhart money).. I don't know what worse end for Lockhart, lose many his memory (like the film and book) or go to Azkaban (like this story) 😂🤣🤣 I like his assistant teaching tool/"Sister's".. It's awesome puppet 👍👍 I like the side adventures too 😁👍 I can say this is one of the best and one of my favorites Harry Potter fanfiction.. Love your story author sama.. Keep up the great work 😁👍😍😍😍
