Meh spoke too soon. The point system is literally just the Deus Ex of this to explain why he can cast magic he has no source of knowledge on despite having zero indication it should provide any knowledge in the first place. Guy has spent zero points on his actual base stats and wasted them all to increase his "talent" on singular branches of magic. Yet somehow the "talent" also increase his stats to make him able to use those magics. Just read a chapter where he uses Fiendfyre on the level of the Dark Lord without having added a single point to his Will. And then explains how the reason he can use it is because its all about your Will... He also whines about his lack of memory despite having a literal stat to increase it. The generic Gary Stu who knows everything and can do everything with no real explanation how he can do those things. This is made worse by the fact that his system can increase his innate abilities to explain why he is better than everyone else yet he has in 200 chapters not raised them a single F time while somehow surpassing everyone in the school with zero efforts...

LIKEWhat exactly are you talking about? From what I read until now the dude did upgraded his talent Twice by chapter 24 And is born in a magic family he may not have access to spell book but he has access to theories and application of magic and after he got his wand, he literally trained for Long time even after school, he continue his training and studying, so of course he will be better than everyone else and you literally only read two chapters so what are you going on about?
the only problem I have with this book is that by the end of his second year, he has surpassed most of the wizards and it's mentioned that only Dumbledore can stop him... plus Hermione is way too annoying here with her being able to understand the advanced magic like him... in the books she was only obsessed with getting first rank not obsessed with magic itself...

Another problem is with the Chinese cultivation theory of unity of the qi, spirit, and body

Let me put it to you in the simpler term someone who walk around every day and someone who go to the gym and exercise every day. Who do you think will Beat the other if you leave experience and all that jazz aside I am speaking about raw power between someone who exercise his magic every single day and someone who only use it when he needs it and don’t forget about our lovely system Which make him exercis with steroid second if you speak about Hermione only caring about being the first in her class in the original book you have to understand first and foremost she’s 11. This means she’s impressionable and usually you are who you are walking with and second the protagonist is purposely trying to guide her to become a researcher so what do you expect will happen.

I've read the raw version of this and the chinese theory of unity is repeatedly mentioned there and it ruins the experience... For the most part I can ignore his age but the mention of cultivation topics in a wizarding novel feels irritating... but it's a pretty decent read overall...
Blood_soaked_bar:As for this, I’m not sure I didn’t reach this section of the story
Valid point tbh, probably it's just me who doesn't like Hermione as fmc in fics nowadays
