Even if you wanted to include his spirit pressure being to much for his body, you’d just have to strengthen his base body. i mean law was a ‘D’ after all and their is plenty of was to strengthen his human body in marvel.

sado is a special case, he is affected by hogyuko that is inside of rukia in the first arc. there is a way for humans to become spiritual beings while still becoming humans the ideal way is to become quincy but that requires ywach's reatsu and bloodline, the second ideal way is through hogyuko like sado, and the final case is via bounts way. sado can't exceed uryu and ichigo, he could be stronger but his living body is limiting him, meanwhile bounts could become stronger than ichigo and uryu in tybw on the premise that they are in seireitei and absorb lots of reatsu in it to become stronger as they don't have immense or Immeasurable reatsu unlike a shinigami, but shinigami unlike bounts could not use their powers inside a human body or a gigai body. if the mc is a shinigami like ichigo then he would indeed have to leave his body, if he is a bount then unless he have the mosquito bounts he will be permanently nerfed, if he is a quincy then he is in a better position so long as he knew the quincy techniques.

right I forgot about, remembered the filler race but forgot the canon race lol. right fullbringers does have the ability to wield there spiritual powers with their human bodies, the only time where Ichigo is able to use his spiritual power is at fullbring arc, but then again ichigo is indeed a fullbringer as he is born when his mother has the humanoid hollow's reatsu in her which is suppressed. zaraki on the other hand is already dead, he does not have a living body it is a gigai probably and we do know that in the first arc when rukia gave her shinigami powers to ichigo (due to hogyuko) separated him from his body(probably I forgot if that is the case) then when byakuya left him to die as he apprehended rukia, after being saved by urahara and losing the shinigami powers of rukia that she had given him after urahara separated him from his body we could see the chains of fate binding his soul and body. now I think that the chain of fate is what decides a artificial body and a real body as even rukia despite being out of battles without the need to leave her gigai has to buy gigai pills from urahara which means that gigai body will not be able to handle prolong use and therefore have a certain amount of power it could handle before breaking down. now fullbringers is a bit different as they have to have mediums to be able to use their powers like ichigo's medallion, orihime's hair pin, and sado (I forgot he is a fullbring as he does not have a doll to be a bounts). they can't use their spiritual power like the way a shinigami or quincy does, they just pull the soul of things, then there is their medium of power that has certain affinity with them through strong emotions in which they could change the soul of the object and boosting it with their own soul there by a transformation occurs in the object, technically it is the object that has power and not the fullbringer, but then again the ability of the fullbringer to manipulate the soul of the object made an object be powerful. unlike spiritual entities fullbringers uses and fights using their human bodies, which made them last faster in a battle as they have to keep an eye to their stamina, while shinigami, quincy, and hollows only have to keep an eye to their reiryuko or reatsu. so does the body affects fullbringers power? yes but it only affects their battle power and not their spiritual power. which is kinda the reason why ginjo wants to absorb ichigo's fullbring powers. so all in all unless you are a quincy, not leaving your body is very limiting. unless you are a fullbringer that have the ability of tsukishima or orihime in which a stronger(and resolve incase of orihime) body actually made a huge increase in their battle prowess. but hey thats just me and what I understand its not a fact.

When i wrote kenpachi and ichigo’s bodies breaking down i wasn’t referencing a gigia. when kenpachi uses his bankai in the thousand year blood war his body(shinigami one) was breaking down because he had too much spiritual pressure(or whatever). in fact ichigo faced the same problem when he used his bankai for the first time as well, when white possessed him he literally makes fun of him for his body breaking down under his own energy. My point is that a human body has the same limitations as a shinigami one. a shinigami can’t hold infinite energy. a human container may hold less energy then a shinigami one(tho thats speculation) but it doesn’t matter as long as the human strengths his container l.g. his body. Finally the MC is a ‘D’ inother words he could train his base to mountain level right there, plus any serums he finds along the way while in marvel. Their is no actual reason to abandon your body if your going to face the same limitations l.g body breakdown via to much spiritual energy, when you can just train your body.

but then that begs the question, why didn't ichigo use his shinigami powers with his body? leaving the body is inevitable. human body is far too weak. as a spiritual beings being able to use their reatsu on thier body is important, firstly any shinigami that have a gigai or human body can not use thier reatsu to defend against spiritual attacks like hierro of hollows. not living your body is just crippling yourself, second shinigami is not able to use thier flash step in human form. you see you may think that the spiritual body breaking just as shown by zaraki and ichigo might look the same as human bodies that seem fragile and therefore think that there is no need abandoning your body, but have you ever think just how much strength zaraki had in his base form multiplied by shikai and multiplied by bankai? just his base form alone without even knowing his zanpakuto spirit's name is enough to equal to those captains ,who by the way have immense or immeasurable reatsu, and fight them without losing. do you even know that the existence of ichigo and zaraki is unprecedented? let us think just what is their spiritual body, their spiritual body is the vessel of thier reiryuko, the source of thier power, on thier wrist they were able to breathe/see, thier spiritual body is made by thier reiryuko to be able to house it. age does not affect the strength of spiritual beings, live longer probably for 10,000 years or eternity, the hardness of thier skin is based on how much reatsu they have. thier spiritual pressure can asphyxiate anybody with lower reatsu to them that includes humans, they can use kido through thier wrist. what about human body? ichigo is a perfect example he is a human, shinigami, hollow, quincy, and fullbringer and yet when a quincy sternritter showed up on his window at the begining of TYBW he is not able to use flash step in his human body, he can't even stand on air. if the mc were just a fullbringer then he could have a powerful battle prowess with stronger body in their human body. but as I said that is because the system of power the fullbringers and shinigami use is different. shinigami is dependent on reatsu even thier zanpakuto is dependent on it all their techniques depend on it, what about fullbringers? they don't give a 💩about reatsu, they only care about the strength of the soul of an object. you see fullbringers cannot use reatsu to fight but they could use souls of things and even awaken powerful abilities from the object of affinity. do they not want reatsu? ofcourse they want it, but in the end they can't use it but hey atleast they could still retain their abillities when they die and become a soul in seireitei. hk we don't even know if the sternritters and ywach's guards is human or souls as uryu and his father is the only remnants of quincy of the previous kingdom. shinigami is not able to use their powers in human body and no spiritual body and human body is not equal in strength, capacity, or limit. spiritual body is made by the shinigami's very source of reatsu to be able to house it and still be stable it is the perfect body for a shinigami. zaraki's body broke down due to his bankai? how long do you think did he awaken it? do you think the captains and captain commander did not face the same thing? of course they did. zaraki's bankai at that moment is pure brute strength and he is not able to control his bankai yet. so no as a shinigami the mc has to leave his body if he were to follow bleach logic, if it were quincy or fullbringer and not shinigami that the power the mc gets then he would be powerful that might surpass fullbringer arc captains.

Bro a gigai isn’t a human body per se, btw while in a gigai its designed to drastically reduce a shinigamis powers to help ward off hollows and make blending in easier.plus while in a gigai shinigami cant wield their zanpakto. second what you said about kenpachi’s body strength is completely speculative, had he sacrificed his spirit energy to use final getsugatenshou like ichigo there is no way to know if he’d be stronger then a human. fact is souls fade away if they run out of spirit energy, so its likely he’d just become another regular soul then slowly or quickly fade away. Another thing is that before ichigo even becomes a shinigami, him and sado had enhanced superhuman strength(or at least comic book peak human strength) funny enough ichigo still had his enhanced strength even after he used the final getsugatenshou. my point is even regular human get benefits from having spiritual energy, like being able to see spirits. Oh another good point would be that time ichigo(human body) kicked the arrancar quincy dude out of his window and gave him a bloody nose at the start of the war arc.boom! I think) he would theoretically wield his power without leaving the body, or if the author did decides to utilize the D families potential then it would something like the fanfic playing with supernatural. where goyya used the system of both bleach and dxd to be able to have shinigami human. which coincides with your point about the mc having the D family bloodline, which I think fullbringer is the best bleach system for a mc with the bloodline of D family after all, there was a speculation that the devil fruits mostly zoans have their own soul I don't know if that applies to paramicia or logia but having someone who have the power to manipulate soul of an object much more powerful than big mom's soul soul fruit is pretty darn terrifying. just imagine having Luffy's fruit (if its truly zoan as they say) one would be able to boost the power of that fruit and transform it to even more powerful than it already is (so long as you have strong emotion towards it whether its common emotion or the seven deadly sin kind of emotion it works too). not only would it allow the user to walk on water, controlling water is easy too even ginjo used it to drink alcohol. water is important in the story of one piece and having the mc able to control it is op and its not even op at the start like shinigami they could have their training arc and even death they would still poses their power, unlike shinigami where they would be out of the cycle of reincarnation if they reach a certain threshold of power.

Yeah i completely agree with you, i think to advance your fruits powers you have to learn haki(idk not a big one piece fan). to be honest you just took the words right out of my mouth cuz i was gunna bring up zanpakuto’s. i think a human has the potential to use spirit energy if they have enough cuz that have it but like gigai the main proplem is whether or not they can use a zanpakuto if they want to use shinigami powers. The mc supposedly has kisuke’s template, so unless he cant use his zanpakuto without leaving his body then it would make no sense he can’t use a shinigami’s full powers. haha I think I would rather read a fic in which the author have semi-research, the kind that know enough about the character's name and personality, power system, and a little about plot. as that would make room for thier creativity, and avoid just rewriting of the anime which is in the perspective of the mc rather than the perspective of the fanfics ocmc which happens a lot.

Simple fact, if you did it the way you are saying it won't be Uraharas template anymore due to Urahara being a Soul Reaper not a Full Bringer. If he did become a Full Bringer then that's not truly Uraharas Template. Also you are basically asking for this novel to be fast paced where he eliminates everyone and gets everything he wanted in life all squeezed into a 100 chapters when it should be 150 at leasg

I wasn’t saying the author should make him a fullbringer, i was just using them as an example of humans being able to use spirit energy, not that it would make them immune to it breaking down their body if they had to much, like high spec humans are another example. shinigami face the same problems, both ichigo and kenpachi faced having their bodies crushed/damaged under their own soul pressure while using their bankai’s for the first time. Point is that saying that you’d have to abandon your human body cuz cuz it’d break down is untrue cuz shinigami have that problem to.

If you meant everytime* then yes cuz he would have to do that even as a shinigami anyways, unless of course he finds a way to circumvent it. like getting a high speed regeneration(like immortality)or an indestructible body(like adamantium, which would be easier achieved as a human since he is in marvel.
