i believe you are misunderstanding something. the erasure that happened in the hollows that quincy killed get thier rieryuko dispersed that is why it cant enter reincarnation cycle because nothing intact entered. the same thing happens with shinigamis, with the caveat of the captain class, they experience the same thing but thier contemporaries did a special rite for dead captains which pulls all the dispersed rieryuko into a mass of reatsu and raishi that enters hell. the only reason shinigami captain "survives" the "erasure" of quincy attack is because they get sent to hell, and nothing dies in hell everything that did will be resurected, no matter who or what you are in hell, once in hell you are part of hell. they got lucky. hence quincy can cause such massive imbalance to the reincarnation cycle. all those 3rd rank and lower shinigami that died in tybw is truly dead and "erased" from the cycle. but believe what you will only kubo knows what is actualy right.
